All of a sudden Chelsea transformed and we played like we used to last season. Delighted with the score and the performance, but this match showed that the players just didn't want to perform under Jose. Even though Jose was the most to blame for this situation, i hope Roman is smart enough to kick some players out of the team to show that this behaviour is just unacceptable. The club is above all and the players need to give everything they have no matter what. The good thing is that now i am really looking forward to our next game and that is something i haven't felt in a really long time.

What do you expect the players to say in public, that they hate him? Noone would dare say such a thing because he would be crucified the next moment. Actions speak louder that words and i don't see many backing Jose with the way they are playing.

The problem is that apart from 2-3 players that come in mind, all the others seem to share the same attitude with the individual the article is referring to. It doesn't matter if they don't say it, it is obvious in the way they are playing that they don't support Jose. Now, if this case had to do with just one player, then i would agree with you that we have to send him packing, since the players need to listen to their manager and give everything they have in every single match. But in our case, even if we get rid of that player we won't solve the mess we are in. Jose needs to work things out with the players in an honest way once and for all and restore the trust he has clearly lost, or he needs to step down.

We are declining as a team instead of evolving. I doupt any real work has been done during pre season, but people who don't know much about football kept saying that pre season is irrelevant, when it is absolutely crucial for the way a team performs in the upcoming season. Our lack of tactics is obvious to everyone. The players look like they don't have a clue about how to attack or defend. Jose needs to find solutions for a lot of issues fast, or else we won't be able to challenge for anything this year. Staying trophyless for a season or two is not a big deal, staying trophyless and declining as a team is a whole different story.
