Hey guys, i know there are a few people here who makes football compilations. I just started this thread to find out where you all get your clips from, like player specific clips for your compilations. I've been looking everywhere to find some clips of players so i can make one, but i cant. So can any of you help me out?

To be fair, we don't actually know if he is a better motivator, look at the double winning season, did we question whether Carlo was a good motivator or not? i think not. I think that when we get new manager our players normally start playing well, like Malouda for example, when Carlo came he started playing well for a few games. But who knows, AVB might be getting best out of the players, i guess we will find out soon enough. I want to make this clear though, I'm not questioning AVB's ability i think he is a top bloke and a top manager. I also agree with you to an extent, but i think it's a bit early to start saying that he's a better motivator and he gets the best out of players, because lets not forget we have only played one match of this season.

Anelka for me, he has more quality and has proved it. While Kalou hasnt. I know we all get angry at Anelka because he slows down the play so much, but sometimes we forget thathe's not a winger hes a striker. When he gets the chance to play as a striker he does well, like in pre season.
