One has to think, if we sack AVB why would another young manager come to us? someone like rodgers, we have some many problems on and off the pitch, and this makes it hard for any manager to succeed.

It's a shame many people want AVB to go, Yes, we're playing shit, but most of our players are past it, and not good enough. I am looking forward to the summer plans, i am sure he can rebuild us and make us play the type of football he wants to play. Sadly if we sack him many of the older players will be here next season... I can live without a trophy for a couple of seasons, shame many people on here cant.

The squads a mess, there's divisions in camp, players not supporting the manager... it's just a mess. How about we don't sack the manager, but sell the players who are disrupting the dressing room, and are clearly not good enough. I don't know any manager who can get this squad playing well again, without buying new players.

We can blame the manager, but we have to face the facts, our team is not good enough. Most of our players are simply not good enough or just too old. Raul and Ramires were bad tonight just bad. Drogba was poor as well, how many touches did he have? We can sack AVB, and most of you on this forum will be happy, lets bring a manager who can get the best out of the players, but this will last for a couple of months or a season... these players are just too old and/or not good enough. Like the last couple of seasons.. the contrast between our double winning season to the next, you wouldn't think we were the same team. Carlo got sacked, and now AVB is in charge and we're not playing better (maybe worse but i think that's down to the new type of football we're trying to play) When are we going to give a manager more than a season or two? We need to stop thinking about the 'short term' instead think about the 'long term'. Also, don't get me started on our defence... i honestly think Luiz has a great future but he needs to stop making stupid mistakes.

Ramires is a good sprinter, and has good energy, but in terms of using a football he cant: PASS, CONTROL THE BALL, OR SHOOT. I know what Ramires bring's to the table, but i'm just saying he has to improve his football skills. Raul is just shit.

We do, they should of been two up in the first 20 minutes. They've been playing better than us in the first half.
