Unfortunately I think it might be still to early to say he's gonna be a superstar or something, but it I'm sure this lad has absolutely everything to challenge the likes of Hazard, Mata and Oscar. He and Schürrle are an enormous upgrade on Marin and Benayoun last season, its even ridiculous to compare. An improved and Jose-guided Moses may well be a player to watch out for this season. Jose must be delighted that his biggest worry of all is who to play, because all of them are looking very very good. Kevin has been exceptional so far, I believe he is very close to starting vs Hull.

We've done way better than Madrid in the past decade. I don't see why anybody would consider them such big favorites against our team. This is the biggest test of the pre-season, so lets all hope we can win it.

Funny how Kaka at Madrid is actually an even bigger flop than Torres at Chelsea, yet people tend to overlook him and make fun of Torres (not saying he doesn't deserve it, but the other guy too). The bloke's in for mud wrestling I've spoken to a guy who lives in the same town and knows Stipe. He's shocked and stunned by this transfer, says hes got absolutely no clue how in the hell he signed for Chelsea. Says there is very little chance he will ever break through. Looking forward to matches where he doesn't have that much time and space on the ball, to see if he is fit and able to play against the best teams. He has looked very good so far, his passing is exceptional, he is calm and composed, I haven't seen him play better than this in a Chelsea shirt since those nasty injuries. Lets hope Ess can keep it up, would be like a new signing to this team.
