Lukaku isn't the answer to our problems, We need wingers, creative midfielder and a solid right back. Ivanovic has been alright but in terms of agility and sharpness he doesn't add that much
Very well said. Not everyone in the academy is meant to be our next star, they've got to earn it. Sure this system has its problems but it's the same for everyone. So in that sense it's fair. You need to take your chance or it's gone.
Think we should do anything to get him, not sure about Lukaku though. 30 mil-ish for Neymar does make sense to some extent but 20-25 for Lukaku is something silly, let's hope for the best I guess.
Although I don't rate Guardiola that highly, I'd welcome him and support him as I would do with any manager coming in. It seems more likely we'll get: Hiddink-Guardiola Hiddink-Van Basten perhaps Hiddink as the manager? Of those I'd welcome Guardiola over Hiddink because we'd know that Hiddink won't be accepting a long term job, where as Guardiola is just 40-something, young for a coach. He could be the one who could bring us stability. I changed my vote to Guardiola, no chance what so ever of getting Mourinho.
He is a left winger mate http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/juan-manuel-mata/profil/spieler_44068.html Sanchez is left and right, both. --- http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/en/alexis-sanchez/profil/spieler_40433.html
For some reason I think we'll be getting Kaka as well, so he'll be there till Piazon's ready. Real just don't need Kaka if they've got Ronaldo, Sahin, Altintop, (Agüero), Özil etc... just no room.
I'm sorry, we don't need Lukaku, not yet. But football is business, you need to plan forward for the future and invest so you get profit later. Takes some kind of risk, can't live with it, can't live without it, can you?
£20m isn't even logical to my mind. I doubt they'd sell for less than £35m. Only thing I do think is logical is that Atletico would drop price for us and City.
