Sergio Aguero joins the other Manchester club
MetsajCFC replied to .Cee's topic in Transfer Archives
He usually plays as a winger, would make perfect sense getting him. His free kick ability is really nice aswell, as of now we only got Drogba and Lampard with good strikes. Alex from longer range.. he has mad speed and agility, would welcome him with both hands -
Roma was 2-0 ahead of Parma and now they're 2-2.. wow and we thought we were fucked up
-
Come on West Ham, taking down Pool 3-1 Sorry for this offtopic. Is there a sort of live thread we can discuss any other matches that are on?
-
Sanchez on fire, 50 mins gone in Palermo-Udinese game and he has scored 4 times (away game) already (6-0 as we speak the scoreline).. not bad
-
Don't worry mate, they'll have their bad seasons soon enough when SAF, Scholes, Giggs retire, Barbatov getting old, Rooney loosing his touch.. just wait for the drama to unfold, then its we who are laughin. Football Manager 2011 is the closest they come to marquee signings thanks to their 'popular' owners..
-
Not at all but his attitude has to be right
-
He is rarely injured (spat 3 times over my left shoulder not to jinx it) but his form has lots of ups and downs, I don't see him with Chelsea next season
-
Unlikely but could he be punished post-game? That's a disgrace and proves that referees have no balls to punish those red faggots
-
Get well soon Tom Sure it wasn't a smart thing to bring an air gun to the training ground but it was clearly an accident - the media are loving this so don't take this word by word, they'll add some ''extra'' as always.
-
That'd ofcourse be perfect but I doubt it will happen. Kakuta was hyped but in reality he's quite ordinary and we need to shake off the medicore statues we're getting. We need the reputation we once had, on the par with Barcelona.. With Daniel Sturridge I agree 100% but Kakuta is abit optimistic
-
I agree with you but you have to look at it from his point of view. When you had the chance to break into Chelsea's first team to play with Fernando Torres, wouldn't you shoot to score? Noone in the end will remember how wasteful you were if you score. Noone criticizes Robben, Van Nistelrooy etc. As long as he doesn't take crazy shots every second touch and delivers goals for Chelsea aswell, I can live with a few ambitious ones, you never know.. just look at the goal Essien scored against Barcelona at bridge. Sturridge remids me of Drogba abit. He has better ball control than Drogba but less strength. Otherwise they're both quite physical, selfish if you want to call it like that.. can draw some similarities but too soon to label anyone. Experience comes with time so when he matures as an athlete he'll understand when to opt for personal glory and when to look after the team and pass the ball. It'll come by time and Bolton loan will do him only good even if he remains on four goals but gets playing time

''Charlie Adam will now miss the next two of Blackpool games after picking up a yellow card in the 3-1 win over Tottenham. The blow will be especially harsh for Ian Hollaway as Adam has been the Seasiders star performer. Blackpool’s coming fixtures that Adam will be suspended for are against Wolves and Chelsea. The match against the Mick McCarthy relegation strugglers is where Holloway would have hoped to pick up three points to push them towards that magical 40 point target for safety.''

Bayern Münich - Dortmund Borussia is on.. really nice game.. 1-2 already.. Robben playing aswell.. I know its wrong topic but people check this so they might find this info useful
-
I heard Charlie Adam's suspended for Chelsea game.. well guess what DJ Campbell just got straight red, means he'll miss our game(their top scorer) R.Taylor just got red in Newcastle-Bolton game.. hope Sturridge can capitalise on that

Here's the goal: http://www.101greatgoals.com/videodisplay/daniel-sturridge-newcastle-8609377/

He's making a name for himself Hard to ignore that. He's like Chelsea's Javier Hernandez
-
Where did you read it from?
-
You're hyping him up too much. He has been phenomenal this season but to be fair his first touch, speed and dribble isn't nowhere near whats needed to be a forward player. He's best at CB and at right back he is the best we've got
-
Why'd you drop Essien? He's showing good games again recently, I'd rather drop Malouda and Drogba without a blink..both are out of form and sulky, as if they couldn't understand why they're left out
-
I do believe we underestimate ourselves. As long as we don't give up and don't do a major error we've got a good shot WINNING them at home. Come on, show some support Sorry for the double post, usually it merges and I can't find the delete button, off to bed anyhow and I bet I'll find the delete button first thing in the morning. It's like looking for the remote control when it is in your hand
-
They've got loads of injuries as far as I know.. does anyone know who and for how long are injured? They played without Rafael, Rio Ferdinand etc on Wednesday.. doubt it's tactical because you don't mess about in CL away games. especially knock out phase, can't underestimate Marseille either though they both were poor. Red card for Vidic anyone?
-
Spot on, but if Essien's on top form would play him instead of Ramires

There was reports of Atletico Madrid being skint and in need of money. Selling Agüero would make perfect sense this year. Who pays more gets him but I'd welcome him with both hands. I don't like Neymar nor Lukaku.. they haven't prooven anything yet compared to Agüero. They'd be surplus when Sturridge returns. -
Not sure if this was posted here but: Watched it 3-4 times, still smiled
-
My vote went for Lampard, although I've got Essien nr. 5 myself.. the last season home shirt
