I still saw the games and thought his General play was decent, he still makes good decisions on the ball in terms of whether to pass, run, shoot etc (whixh is my main gripe with the other two) as shown with Hazards chance yesterday, that was down to Costas quick thinking and like I said just now, Remy had a chance to put Hazard in goal at Wembley and blew it.
-
Sorry, did you just say you don't get kicked out of Barca for no reason if you are good? Care to explain why Yaya and Ibra got told to do one aswell?
-
There's There's big difference between filling in and doing a job and performing and bringing home the goods as a number 1, Hernandez prime example. Even when Remy played last season as decent job he did we still missed Costas movement and intelligent play badly.
-
Didn't he hit the post yesterday? And he looked threatening vs Swansea? Maybe my standards have gone down after the Shiite Remy and Falcao served up at Wembley but I see no real cause for concern just yet.
-
Even If he was technically superior, that doesn't necceserily mean he offers more all round, if technical ability was the be all and end all Chelsea and England would be built around McEachran. Remy's decision making is well to erratic, you saw how Costas quick thinking got Hazard in on goal yesterday, Remy had an equally golden opportunity to put Hazard in on goal at Wembley but cocked it up. Costas movement and decision making was just as big (if not more) a reason as to why our struggles vs the lesser teams stopped last season, Atletico don't create half as many chances since he left and neither do we when he's not fit, it's not a coincidence.
-
Since the Hull game he has played 5 competitive games, one of which was 5 minutes against Stoke before he done his hammy, and 3 pre season games, not really crisis mode every top striker has droughts.

I do agree the lack of respect shown to Jose sometimes is mondblowing, I mean this is the best manager in the club's history ffs, however I can fully understand the concern with performances. Today was horrible, the only time I have seen teams rip us to shreds like that was funnily enough Barca and Bayern on the way to the CL trophy but for obvious reasons no one was really bothered, Swansea were the better team at The Bridge, the "vibe" just isn't very good at the minute, and this is coming from someone who alwaystrys to find positives. Although I am still behind Jose, if I'm honest I've made peace with the fact this season is going to be a bit of a flop (in comparison to our expectations set by the board and Jose himself) but I'm hoping he can see through it and we can rectify the mistakes of this window (unless we have a late splurge) and set ourselves up for future years because luckily this team is still at a good enough age for us to rectify not refreshing it before we stagnate ala 10/11 again.

We drew 1-1in 13/14. On another note, Pulis away, my favroite fixture
-
Sam Allardyce would be perfect for us.

Mou always mixes a bit of truth and lies when he talks about his plans for the team.Like when he returned he said he saw Ivan as a right back and that's where he will play (truth) but said he will never play Luiz in midfield (lie). Hopefully this is true tho, I don't actually want Azpi to move to the right as I love him at left back but I'm getting really sick of Ivanovic right now. Maybe Stones at right back if we get him?

For some reason Tibo is largely unappreciated in general by the fans, its odd.
-
Wasn't he? He got on in 3 of the 4 games before going to Everton and was offered the back up roll to Costa, but decided to leave for first team football, given Costas injury record he would have got more than enough playtime. Can he really improve that much when you factor in his overall skillset? He isn't a technically great player and never will be, its not really something you improve on you either have it or you don't, he will carve up a decent career but he is at his ceiling now (a decent premier league goalscorer) in my opinion.
-
Two games without a goal and your talking like hes Torres, wow
-
Exactly Remy or Falcao instead and that Hazard chance wouldn't have existed. People fail to see the bigger picture with Costa.
-
Remys a good back up option but his movement and decision making is too erratic to be #1, Costa isn't the most fashionable footballer to ever live, but he's a bloody good striker, honestly putting everything into perspective I will only swap Diego for two strikers and that's Suarez and Aguero.
-
Half fit Costa > Remy and Falcao
-
He was brilliant today, but lets not forget Tibo has also had games where he has carried us, Liverpool and PSG away. Begovic is a brilliant keeper but Tibo is a generational talent that we are very lucky to have.
-
He may not be the most pleasing on the eye footballer but he is top at mostother things, his decision making and movement is top class.

That is the most misleading stat ever. The majority of United's "possession" was passing it between the midfield and defence, a draw in that game was as good as win in terms of what we needed for the title, why would we force the issue? We had no need too, if United were more adventurous in possession the stat wouldn't have been close to that high, they were keeping ball for the sake of it most of the game.
-
Ancelottis Madrid had less than 30% possession at The Bernabeu vs Bayern . But that's Ancelotti, so it doesn't suit the agenda to mention it.

Shocking lack of depth and what can we play in big games?

No one is disputing that, but there is a difference between filling in and doing a good job and performing and bringing home the goods regularly as a number 1, Javier Hernandez is the main example of that. Compare Remy to the first choice forwards at all the other clubs we are trying to compete with aswell as ours (Costa, Aguero, Rooney, Ibra, Suarez, Benzema, Lewa) and Remy is light years behind. Like I said decent squad player to have, but he does tend to be overhyped a lot especially when some say he can compete toe to toe with Costa when he isn't on his level at all. -
No comparison between Ivanovic and VDW. The Dutchman is comparable to a Walker or Bosingwa, and I'm still recovering from putting up with the latter for so long. I still remember Euro 2012 Holland against Portugal, the way he lost balance for Ronaldo's winner was ametuer.

Koemans just made light if it so what does that make him? Jose's in the wrong for the outburst but my God the overall reaction from the general public is nothing short of crazy, I mean this is child's play compared to the stuff LVG has pulled in his career, the Dutchman asked a players wife what she is doing with him? Incidently that former player in question gets on brilliantly with Jose and even visited Cobham the other day. Jose may have overreacted, but the reaction to it is just beyond ridiculous, all thisoutrage is because of Eva's celebrity status, John Ferne is equally a victim in this, if not more, yet no one gives a fuck.

Isn't that valid? I mean United's last two titles were solely down to Fergie. I mean when things weren't going great last season Mou adjusted the tactics to make sure the points kept coming in, compare that to Pellegrini who hid behind "style" and oversaw Citys worst run of formsince Hughes was boss. -
And if United fans wanted a manager with more class they got their wish the season after he left......Not saying two wrongs make a right and all that, but weren't the media and the general public drooling over his no nonsense attitude, if he ever called a player out the general consensus was "that's good a manager showing he's in charge"but when it's Jose its disgraceful and he should have more respect All the more ironic considering we were all widely pining for a manager to be completely in charge after the AVB debacle.
