The more I look at Donnarumma, feel he is Kepa in the making .. Maybe I'm wrong Would take Onana in a heartbeat and keep Kepa for competition ... hoping Kepa rises
-
Honestly, who the f*** cares!!!
-
Yup ... they have got a tough run in as well ... Among all the teams United have the easiest ones.
-
I dont think we're in the driver seat because of the games coming up ... atleast on paper they are tougher than United. What we have in our hand is a buffer of 5 points or how u put, win the next 5 games... but yes we will need to win the not so tough games to ensure we maintain our position ... Yes Fingers crossed!!
-
Thats fine, mate ... What i mentioned was based on first hand thing, havent gone back to the match again ...
-
Already mentioned it Non pressing most of time even when he could press and lot of time he wasnt making those runs which he usually does... that all the instances, few things does right. LIke said not sure if it was a niggle or a withdrawn role, not sure. Hence for me he was out of his elements.
-
United has much simple games in hand compared to Wolves & Chelsea. And with them firing all cylinders they look favourite for finishing in top 4 currently. But fingers crossed!!!

3 points against a team over us in the table ... In our current context with United and Wolves (yes Wolves ... never thought) chasing us for European places, this is a huge result. There are issues but with reinforcements coming in and getting intergrated in our current system next season looks exciting ... Go Blues!!!

Agreed that Mount would be the unsung hero in most of the matches because his work rate off the ball is superb. Christensen actually looked like a world beater. Alonso was more 70-30, there were time when Mahrez was able to easily get oast but overall he was better. Kante was average but good to see him back in the CDM role. The only thing I defer completely is Willian pressing ... he was so out of his element other than his goal (which was superb)... generally he presses a lot but yest most part of the game he was just strolling. I felt Giroud was pressing so much more than him. Maybe he has a niggle or something.
-
I hope this is his last season ... Not sure what he was upto yest ... was it a niggle or something else but other than the goal he was so out of his element. Giroud pressed more than he did, he was just strolling in the park most of the time.

Or Apple in this context
-
I saw the why but it was still Why? Honestly I'm done with Willian now that we are trying to have a new young exicting setup ... need to get rid of the bad apples. I'm sure Lampard will find a way without him and Pedro if we dont get anyone else.
-
Why? Why? Why? Please, dont even think about it ...

3 points! Sigh of relief! Was the first reaction once the game was completed. Rusty which was obvious however there are still quite a few issues which still needs to be filled. And part of the solution are the new recuirts which will join from next season however we need to find a temp solution so that we maintain our positions. Our gameplay was smooth, transistion was fluid till the final half. Didnt drop our shoulders after going behind. Subs were timely and had a huge impact on the game. Pulisic looked sharp which was a good to see. RLC was rusty but good to have him back. Felt Kante played more as a CDM which was great because that is the best place for him and he has still loads to offer in that position. Final third performance is an issue which has to be rectified less we will keep ending up like the first half. Attack only came from right side for majority of the game it was only irony that the goal came when we strenghten the left side. Defence is still dicey, cant blame Kepa yest but where was the defence to guard the goal. Set piece remains an issue while defending but even in attack it is not strong. Would have started with Pedro (not sure if he is injured) rather than Willian. All in all 3 points, would run with it specially when the others failed around us. Next game would be a strong one against City ... we would need to atleast improve our final third performance to score goals and put City in some pressure.
-
Didnt think that we would be getting Werner after Liverpool showed the interest ... It is quite a coup and a position which needed to be filled. Superb! Brilliant work by the Men/Women in the Black sitting at the top.
-
Possible ... it was closed doors after all
-
Well ... he could have come against a 5'4" while having those aerial duels
-
Onana would be great ... like LB we can toggle between Kepa and Onana
-
He never convinced me as a keeper for a top team ... Yet to see some sort of determintation from him to prove me wrong. There were similarties made between him and De Gea in regards with their start in the PL. However De Gea rectified his style and become a top keeper while Kepa is the same as he was when he came to Chelsea.
-
We cant please people/media/other fans ... they will always find something or the other to oppose us. Thats the law of nature! The river is always green on the other side hence we always are in envy
-
Honestly, who the f*** cares about media and what they calls us ... if this is achieved then we truely are in running to have consistent top 3 finishes.
-
Get in both ... ideal case. 50% - 50% game time, will keep them on their toes

Since everyone r on one side slating Hudson-Odoi for doing what he did ... just a prespective from the other side, it could be possible that the person in question could have reached to Odoi asking for help or guidance since he was already a Covid patience and he was reaching out for help. It was still dumb nevertheless. P.S. I dont think my theory will stand right but mostly that is the explaination going to come out of Odoi's camp.
