Well I tried to make the lineup of players we already have, but I do like Wanyama. That said, Mata in a 3 man midfield? Why in a million years would you want to do that? Ramires in a 3 man midfield is not the same as Ramires in a double pivot. Ramires > Mata and it's not even close, you'll have no balance if you try defend with a midfield of Mikel, Mata and Oscar/KDB. Mata plays on RW and ramires RCM so Mata doesn't even have to defend and can still roam because you'll have Ramires covering the entire right side of the pitch with ease. In a 4-3-3 Ramires is candidate for our best player. I'd never want to put Mata (our worst defensive player) in the midfield and give him more defensive responsibilities which he can't perform.

Well well well I didn't expect this kind of performance from Lucas. I thought this loan was wayy too aggressive and he'd get hardly any chance at all but not only did he get a start he's performed very well. Very impressed. Don't want to be too critical but he should have got one goal at least, but still very impressed with his dribbling, link-up play and work-rate.

Yeah, I agree, he's way too direct to be playing in the pivot. More reason for us to switch to a 4-3-3, it'll benefit everyone except Mata, but not like Mata can't play in a 4-3-3, he just wouldn't be as good but surely we should try it next season. Cech Azpi - Luiz - Terry - Cole Mikel Ramires - KDB/Oscar Mata - Ba - Hazard

YES!! Thank you guys for posting this update, really appreciate it. Not a lot of games to watch today so I've just been watching Chelsea loanees all day and another one now

A beast of a run and then a gorgeous pass for the assist. UTTER CLASS!

I'm not joking when I'm saying that once Lamps is gone, we go back in for AVB. He's learned from his mistakes and getting great prem experience with Tottenham. He was always a risk when we hired him, should have let him go to Tottenham in the first place and then hired him, let's do that again ignoring his first stint, still think he can last a long time here. He had his fair share of good points, his downfall was that he forced too many things way too fast.

damn! lucky bastard, how much was their dev value for them to accomplish that double jump?
-
On one hand you say Mata is only in the headlights in 11-12 but then his best form was when he was in Valencia. So if you consider his stint at Chelsea which has been world class and then in your opinion his stint at Valencia which was even better, than how is he not world class?

Should play Feruz instead of this FUCK! Just play Luiz as a striker, or even Lamps.

"Chelsea are satisfied that good sense finally prevailed and no extra games were added."

I was so happy for Essien beasting his way against Barca again. Always happy when a little bit of Chelsea is causing havoc against Barca. Apart from that Messi bulldoze he also shut down Iniesta whenever he came his way, stole the ball of him like 3-4 times.
-
Yeah, I thought he was Madrid's best or 2nd best player at worst (Varane got my MOTM cause of the goal) against Barca. I figure he himself doesn't want to play here otherwise I'd never understand the rationale behind his loan. I mean he's not good enough but surely he would have provided some much needed depth to our squad.
-
Reading aren't in good form. They've managed some decent results but they're still conceding loads of goals and just not playing that good. I think we'll win handsomely.
-
Still want him to re-sign for another year, but he has to take considerably less wages and be happy with a squad role. He can't be first XI next year in the pivot, but wouldn't mind him off the bench, especially when we need goals.

Has Lampard completed one pass this match?
-
There is no way Tiote is a better ball winner or overall player than Ramires, not even close. Anyways, don't want to turn this into Tiote vs Ramires. Mikel is the only decent player we have for the pivot, all our other CMs that play in the pivot aren't good enough for that role. Mikel is probably our best player in the pivot, but I agree he is good there but if we want a world class mid, he shouldn't be first choice there.
-
He'll serve out the 3 game suspension and that's it. I don't think he'll get any more added punishment cause there is no intent on his part.

I'm actually glad Hazard kicked that cunt, now everyone will know how much of a cunt that kid really is. Otherwise, he woulda got away his little "plan" And get outta here with Hazard kicked a kid, give me a break, fucking pussies up in here. That said, I doubt it'll get rescinded since he already got a red during the match. If this woulda been brought up after the match then he probably woulda escaped with just an apology but since he already got a red, there isn't enough there to get it rescinded.

Torres goal in the CS shield against City, that was all Ramires, that was such an underrated play, one of our better goals this year imo. Good run by him, great dribbling and a great final pass which I wasn't expecting. He just looks clumsy with the ball but he actually pulls off some amazing plays with his dribbling and passes in the final third.

lol so true, when you come in a mikel thread asking for him to replaced by tiote, you know you're an idiot. ask for tiote in a ramires thread (lol), not here

What's the point of sending him out on loan? Either sell him or keep him, loan does jack shit for us. It's not like he's on high wages that we can't afford. I am confident he won't go out on loan.

No clue what it actually is, but it's def not 200k. He deleted his tweet it seems but it def came across that he was shocked that people were saying he'll be ok 200k.
-
He's def not. He himself said he never asked for 200K on his own twitter.
