No one is hoping for him to get a contract extension. I def agree that he isn't good enough for Chelsea but I think he's better than Torres and Marin. Sad but true imo.

I don't get the hate for Yossi. Yeah he's nothing special, he's going to leave in the summer but he's a decent player and Marin hasn't shown anything to get another start for Chelsea. I actually don't think Yossi is a bad player, I don't mind him at all.

Don't think it's true. Chelsea in America knew all about the St. Louis trip but no mention of this one so maybe not. But then again, it would make sense if they are both going for one game, might as well play two. I'm going to the St. Louis match just cause it's driving distance for me and I went to the New York match last pre-season.

Send him on loan in the PL next season, call him back in January. If he's doing good add him to the squad if not send him to the championship. To play a guy that young in a position of such influence is very risky. Regardless of if he's good enough that position is there to provide confidence to the back 4 and the front 4-5 that he'll keep it safe and tight. With a player like Chalobah just the simple fact that he's 18 and inexperienced at the top level will always force Luiz and others around to keep him in their peripherals and almost try to spoon feed him. He needs to learn some things the hard way, make some mistakes at a team where one mistake won't relegate you to the bench for the rest of the year. He makes one bad mistake in his first game, he's instantly third choice at Chelsea behind Mikel and Romeu, then wait till a Carling Cup game to maybe get that spot back.

How can you pick Reus, Gotze and Isco to be top 5 player in a match they aren't even playing. Obv, I meant top 5 each match.

I'll excuse Yilmaz he's playing against Real with a team that has no chance, whereas Lewa is playing in the better team. Yilmaz wouldn't have expected to be even top 5-6 players on the day whereas you would have expected that from Lewa.

Meh, I don't think we need to do that. Bertrand isn't amazing but he's a good defender. Plus, Cole is a big miss but not like he's had a great season either. I don't think we'll miss Cole that much. Bertrand will become a scapegoat that I know for sure but in reality his performances won't be any worse than Cole's.

Yeah Shaw didn't have a good game but don't think Bertrand was anything special either.

Seriously, who gives a shit if we're playing friendlies. They are friendlies, players won't try, we'll get to see some loanees and it'd be a nice PAID vacation for em all.

PSG doesn't have the midfield to defend against Barca over two legs. Messi has been bad other than his goal, he'll pick it up (he already has) and he'll score more this game.
