  1. Ballack or Drogba. Essien has an amazing work ethic, but I don't think that necessarily makes him a good captain.
  2. Welcome to TalkChelsea blackjack, stick around
  3. Yes we did. yes we did. So do City, so do City, and that's down to personal opinion.
  4. I'd have him. I think he's a wanker, but then Ashley Cole isn't exactly the greatest example of a person but we've got him and happily so.
  5. I like scotch scotchy scotchy scotch down into my belly mmm mmm mmm
  6. Chelsea first for me. I do root for England whenever they are playing, but I don't invest as much heart into it.
  7. I would put people's hands in other people's private places, turn their stuff upside down, generally do stuff that will fuck with their heads when I hit go on the time button.
  8. There is a chance yes, however actually I doubt it. There has been so much focus on him at this young age that someone would've worked it out by now.
  9. I wouldn't have thought Mellis was anywhere near ready enough to be considered part of the squad. I'd say he needs a years loan with view to getting some chances next season. As for Hutchinson, in age he is at the time now where he should be getting chances, but obviously he had a big injury last year so that may have set him back.
  10. I think youngsters need to be given more chances, but Mikel came in like he was an experienced European footballer, he was absolutely special in that respect and its so easy to forget how young he is. Then again, he might be in his mid-20s and lying about his age like is alleged with many Nigerian players
  11. Have to say I don't think he will ever have the sort of charisma required for a captaincy role, but he has already shown himself to be a fantastic player over a long period of time.
  12. For me we have one too many strikers, and Scott Sinclair is never going to get into this team with Malouda and Zhirkov also in his position. Mancienne has a good chance though. If we get rid of Pizarro and/or Shevchenko, then Sturridge and Di Santo will get look-ins, but for me I think we should keep one experienced back-up for striker. As such, we could do with getting rid of one forward, but that's all I'd change, except for maybe letting Sinclair go somewhere where he will play.
  13. Welcome Igor Stick around!
  14. Welcome to TC Josh That's an awful long way to go for school!
  15. My knowledge of Mongolia is mainly constructed from playing Age of Empires and learning about Attila the Hun and Genghis Khan. But welcome
  16. Welcome to TC Clevemayer Stick around!
  17. Haha, they lost to Kettering. Be the cherry on top if they then beat us!
  18. Give him a few games here and there, as he is a back-up, no more, and in fact we should be considering Sturridge and Di Santo before him.
  19. It's all well and good Lampard saying I almost left, but he wasn't considering a wannabe club, he was considering an established club with an excellent manager who he had significant connections with. There is nothing at City for Terry, except for money. Nobody is going to be foolish enough to think Terry moved for any reason other than money.
  20. That's not to do with football at all, but rather, how the world works. Just feel lucky and get on with it
  21. I can't actually find any official word on Mineiro. He just appears to have been swept under the carpet.
