Personally I don't like it. It's a take on Liverpool, except the trophy they won 5 times is more prestigious in today's footballing world. If it was the other way around, great, but this way it just makes us look like wannabes.

Of course we ignore it, learning a language is only academic for most. It serves little purpose in day to day life, unless you happen to work as a translator. There's no point being indignant that you have to speak English here. This is an English based forum of an English football team, and if I'm not mistaken you live in England too anyway right? It's only polite that you can converse in English here.
