If we had Milner, Henderson and Ox in midfield, some random names like Robertson, Trent-Alexander and Lovren in defence, you can be sure as hell we'd have parked the bus. What Klopp did yesterday was very impressive. We have never been like that, always survival first rather than being the one doing the killing. I'm jealous.

Either follow the conversation properly or stfu. I said he's been poor in march (4 weeks) onemosalah said he's been poor since january so i then brought up his stats clearly showing he has been performing in january and february.
He still scored more goals then any other Chelsea player in 2018.  Even Willian in the form of his life didn't score as much.

It's over, bro. The Hazard story here is finished. The same guys criticising him now will be crying for him when he joins a good team and does well.

Madness ? 15 goals and 8 assists. Leading goalscorer, in all competitions, for us this season. He's been off form these last 4 weeks but that doesn't mean we should forget what he's done before that.

I just read a Conte quote which tells me everything I need to know about him.
When discussing Juventus' Champions League chances, Conte replied: "You can't go to a €100 restaurant with €10." Since Conte left, Juventus have been to the Champions League final twice.
    He is Mourinho lite.

i completely agree, but on another note yesteday he was very good IMO.
Yeah he isnt leader or he isnt the one to be the most calm and make shit happen on his own, ie score goal etc. but when it comes to simply playing and helping the team, he is amazing. He is pulling the passes and dribbles, playmakes whole game. But for next step, he will simply need something better than Alonso or Cesc or Giroud.
Hazard is someone who needs one-twos with others and he needs the teammates around to get involved. He isnt direct player who will march on goal every time and pull something alone.
I hope he stays at Chelsea for long time, but if I drop the selfish act, I think the best for him would be to go to Barca. He and Messi plus all the other barca players, Im willing to bet he would leave the likes of Neymar and De Bruyne two levels below. Guidance of serial winners like Iniesta or Messi would help him improve infront of goal and quality of teammates in general would expand his play even further. His selfless play is absolutely perfect to feed the balls to Messi, Suarez and players like that would help himself feel less pressure and become more decisive infront of goal.
Compare Alonso, Cesc, Willian and Morata/Giroud with Alba, Iniesta, Suarez and Messi.
But the biggest problem is that people dont see what kind of Eden actualy is. Everyone wants goals and him being the main guy and make all the shit happen. Yeah its expected because he is the best player on the team, but thats not his style at all. Ribery or even Modric come to mind. Both are outstanding and arguably most important players for their teams at their peak. Sure Ronaldo is Ronaldo, but Modric was absolutely crucial in every single buildup of Real. Ask any fan, they will often tell you Modric was the motor and brain of that team. CR was scoring goals, and while goals are ''everything'', you still have to win midfield and create those goals, where Modric was unplayable. Ribery was similar, but he played from the wing. Both however had other, more direct players who then decided games and scored, like Ronaldo or Robben.
Eden is literaly the same. He makes everything tick, he goes deep to collect the ball, he passes around, dribbles, creates space. But we dont have the player that will actualy finish the chance off. Eden is the kind of player that picks the ball, goes toward the goal and then loves to release it. But we just dont have anyone near his quality. He makes a pass, then Willian fucks up a counter, Alonso isnt fast enough, Giroud misses the goal. The gulf between Eden and rest of the team in sheer quality is too big. Last year, Costa was on same level till january and we played outstanding football. Thats the difference if you have at least one more world class player in attack beside hazard.

If walking football was a thing Fabregas would be top 5 in the world. As it stands, he would struggle to make the benches of the truly elite European clubs.

He was decent in the clash against Barcelona...but we were facing Barcelona so early in knockout stage because of poor performances against Roma in group stage.
Not to mention the team is now 5th in PL table and with few hope of playing UCL next season, this combined with some of the most embarrassing performances Chelsea produced in years, and with the fact he asked our most important player to leave and replaced him with a guy that watched both games against Barcelona from the bench is more than enough to fire him as soon as possible.

Conte is no more than an ordinary manager. His has a mediocre CV, and there is nothing special in his career so far that can justify giving him one more year. He won things with Juventus in Italy, yes, but winning things with Juventus in Italy in recent years became easier than winning things with Barcelona in Spain. He did a good job with Italy in Euro 16, yes, but winning things at International level (he didn't even win by the way) don't prove anything about what a manager can do at club level.

Time to go Conte. Thanks for the Premier League last season, but its time to move on.

How can an attacking player be anything but disinterested when his team is set up the way they were on Sunday? You could have replaced Hazard with any of the all-time great attacking players and they would have performed no better. Sunday was a shambles and further proves why Hazard has to leave this summer. You cannot be that good and waste your prime years playing that kind of football every time your club  comes across decent opposition.

No just moronic nonsense like 'he could/should do more' with zero context or awareness of what transpired on Sunday. Stupidity runs deep at Chelsea, from the club itself right down to the supporters.

You are yet to explain how anybody in Hazard's position could 'do more than he did' on Sunday. You are not even pretending to have an answer to that question.
I am sure he'll fuck off in the summer - only a lack of ambition on his part would mean he stays beyond this summer.

But that's the point, in this current climate were goal record seems to be everything, would Figo even be considered for a Balon Dor, let alone win one?
At Barca his trophy haul was similar to Eden's here, it was only at Madrid he was in teams that started to make serious waves in CL.

We had 6 years to build a team around a genuine world class talent and ended up with Danny Drinkwater.
