Yaya can't be the best b2b Cm cause he's super lazy. In his Barca days he was a good DM but not anymore, he never showed he's great at both ends in the same time. With Yaya in their line up as the main guy in midfield, City could have never been as good as the Top 3 of Europe. No matter if they grow some balls or had better AM next to Silva. Scoring lots of goals in the EPL doesn't make Yaya a midfielder that could lead a side to a CL success, that's why he always fails against other good midfields.

I dont think Rues is that similar to Hazard. Hazard likes the ball in his feet, he sometimes likes to stop, come up with a smart pass, dribble alot, while Rues is also a dribbler and a good passer but he also likes to play for spaces, he's a bit more direct in his style (but a lot less talented imo). I think they could complete each other.

Yaya Toure's only big advantage on other CMs is his goals and attacking game, he can't defend too good, he's lazy and not consistent as a DLP. I rate Yaya lower than the very best in the last few years like Alonso, Xabi, Schweinsteiger. And Pogba isnt as good as Yaya as an offensive player, not even close when it comes to scoring goals. Too be a part of the best Pogba needs to improve his playmaking skills, his defending, his regular contribution. I dont think it could happen in the current system Juve plays. They play with 3-4 CMs when Pogba has a limited role besides better players like Pirlo and Vidal, and i dont think he can grow this way. He needs to play in a 2-3 midfield to have some more responsibilities.

His goals and technical abilities makes him special, makes people talk about him, but not his overall game. For example this theard is almost exploded after every beautiful goal he scores. But what does he do so good besides that? Far from being a world class CM, but he'll probably be some day, depends on the manager and his team (not sure Juve is the right team for him, when they play 3-4 CM's). I wouldnt rate his value for more than 40m euros right now.

I think Bayern more than deserve a mention, Alonso-Schweinsteiger-Thiago/Gotze/Muller-Robben-Ribery-Lewandowski. In terms of balance they're the best right now i would say, in terms of attacking firepower i dont see them as inferior from RM. James Rodriguez a hugh overrated for me, defentely not better than Gotze or Muller, and Bale also an overrated.. great goals, great individual. but not a good enough team player for me.

I would take Tadic for Schurrle this January... and than there's still space for Rues in the summer replacing Salah.. one can only hope.

Arsenal is always a difficult game for them and i think Arsenal really have a good chance to go with something. just need to win vs Swansea and then its all good before the Chelsea vs City (which i expect us to win off course)

Still Aguero will start on the bench at least in the next two games i believe, and they also dont have Yaya until the start of February (at least, AFCN final is on the 8th). Totally expect them to lose points, starting tommorow.
