I really dont think you can say that. It also depends on Toure, Silva, Zabaleta, Dzeko and others, if they could replicate their good form of last season, mainly Toure. And the hunger of the all team is also a question. City havent looked that motivated last season and they lost points because of their apathetic approach, now their motivation could get even lower.

We have Cesc, a smart midfielder with vision, one that could control the game, City doesnt have that kind of player (Yaya isnt one).
