  1. 14 league in 21 league games since he joined Bolton in February. 8 in 12 for Bolton, 6 in 9 for Chelsea.
  2. £20 train ticket and Pizza Express for the game yesterday. And probably ordering an ice watch today.
  3. The thing that can do harm though mate, is when there are people in this community, maybe coming to terms with their sexuality. As a 12/13 year old kid, trying to figure out my sexuality, reading posts on here like some of the ones that got members banned over the weekend would have done huge damage to my confidence and my ability to cope with acceptance. Growing up, and discovering who you are is hard enough as it is. Without having to read narrow minded abuse like that. It's simply unfair and communities like TC should have a responsibility of care. I'm glad we clearly do.
  4. That sucks mate, keep resting and get well soon. I keep randomly losing my voice atm, but that seems nothing to this!
  5. Matthew Hardings Blue and White Army. RIP.
  6. Anyone who wants lots of rotation and expects a foregone conclusion, needs to remember Basel at Old Trafford two weeks ago.
  7. To add to that to those who have never been, Earls Court is almost a stones throw from SB. The majority of fans who travel in/out on the train, walk up to the Earls Court tube station afterwards, we're talking 5-10 minutes walk.
  8. Isn't the proposal against everything that CPO was set up for? No. CPO was set up to stop property developers evicting Chelsea FC from Stamford Bridge against its wishes, which had been threatened during the 1980s and early 1990s. CPO was never intended to hinder the club by restricting its ability to maximise its income. Everyone wants the club to progress. This is the next step to do so.
  9. Simple decision for me on this. Sadly its probably not the one that will be made.
  10. Their fans sang about Adebayor yesterday; 'Shot dead in Angola, it should of been you.' Wow.
  11. Think Torres will want to play again as soon as possible. Wouldn't be surprised to see him and Lukaku together.
  12. Only? No. There's ALOT of work to be done. And a lot of it is basics. There's no excusing leaving Smalling and Evans COMPLETELY unmarked from a free kick, whatever the circumstances. This is Man Utd at Old Trafford, do that and you get punished. Not going to harp on about it, but £68m of talent was responsible for missing two open goals yesterday. Goals that, could have won us this match. Frank was poor, Mikel was poor when he came on. And a lot of Bosingwa's positioning throughout the game was school boy. The thing that angers me is that we played so well, we finally found that space for Fernando, Mata and Meireles were superb, and we created enough chances to win the game. If we miss out on the title by one or two points this year though, the mistakes in this are what I'll remember.
  13. Good save from him there. Interesting to see him and Valencia. Soldado looks an interesting threat for us.
  14. Alot of space between the lines, suiting Mata alot right now.
  15. JT's 43rd for the club. Said he wants 50. Wouldn't bet against him.
  16. Meireles, Romeu and Josh all in the 18 and no Mikel? Presume just due to the travelling he's had to do this week.
  17. Sunderland: Mignolet, Bardsley, Richardson, Brown, Bramble, Larsson, Colback, Cattermole ©, Gardner, Sessegnon, Bendtner. Subs: Wickham, Vaughan, Dong-won, Turner, Elmohamady, McClean, Westwood. Chelsea: Cech, Bosingwa, Cole, Ivanovic, Terry ©, Meireles, Lampard, Ramires, Mata, Sturridge, Anelka. Subs: Luiz, Romeu, Torres, Malouda, McEachran, Kalou, Hilario. SAFC.com.
  18. Rumour is Anelka and Sturridge? I'm guessing with Mata or Malouda on the left. Could well be trying to keep switching Nico and Danny throughout the game.
  19. I haven't. I had an operation three weeks ago, so I wanted to get that out of the way before I went into my 'career'. Job searching at the moment, but as you probably know its quite slim pickings. Just been doing temp jobs up till now so that my CV didn't have a huge gap in it. Business Management is good though, means you have alot of options coming out of uni. At A Levels, I got BCDE, where as to be honest, I could have got AACD had I put the work in. Hindsight and all that.
  20. Spurs will have the edge offering him first team football as there number one center-half. Lets be honest, if he comes here he'll start as 4th. Terry needs replacing? Does he fuck. Replace Terry, watch the back four fall to pieces. JT's form has been great for 18 months.
  21. I finished my BM degree last year. Aston will be a great choice. It's where I wanted to go, but I fucked about at school far too much. @sam, your Mum's probably right, you don't want to be in a dive. Trust me. In terms of money, no one has any anyway, so you'll just be in the same boat. Get a sensible overdraft limit off your bank though and you'll be fine. Good luck to everyone though, its great.
  22. All I'll say is that the future looks far brighter for the club than it did 5/6 years ago in terms of talent. And surely the success of the youth and ressies recently, as well as 'changing our policy' and signing the likes of Davila, Courtois, Lukaku and Romeu this summer is only going to attract more and more.
