idk if them not playing for 2 months is a good thing or a bad thing. it could mean their legs are a lot fresher (and you no that they will have had some practice games during the break) or that they arent totally up to match speed. we'll see which one happens

does anyone think he could play behind the 2 strikers if we play a diamond in the midfield? i just thought about this and me and my brother have been debating about it. i dont think his pace would be used very well here so im not so sure but my brother thinks it could work. thoughts?

i read somewhere that carlo said he was going to try and put Drogba and torres together again (im trying to find the link now) but i think your first line up is great. i think ramires must play
-
guy is pure class. i think he would be great. someone that can actually open the oppositions defense and has the skill to get past players. my only concern is in the games ive watched for palermo he seems a little bit cocky (not really a problem) and every now and then gets lazy

Im in the US and the MLS is not as good at all
-
my point is he should have had more opportunities...that was in my first sentence of my post. but yea u never no if he would have scored those chances. u never no if anyone would have scored them. but like sloth said he put away the chances he got.

i have 3 reasons why sturridge should have gotten more playing time and starts before we sent him out on loan (btw i do think it was a great move to do this since he was never playing) 1) he scored against wolves 2) he scored against tottenham 3) he scored against everton Seems like great reasons to me...could have used his goals the past 2 games

i hate to say as he has been one of our greatest strikers ever but i think it is his time to go. if he doesnt step it up by summer i think he'll be gone. i feel like this summer we will let go alot of senior players again except this time we will get replacements

Swedish starlet Anjur Osmanovic has claimed he has signed a three-year contract with Chelsea. The 16-year-old midfielder, who has Bosnian roots, reckons he turned down offers from several English clubs after leaving Swedish side Larje-Angereds IF. Now he harbours ambitions of playing Premier League football with Carlo Ancelotti's men in the near future. Osmanovic, speaking to Swedish daily paper Aftonbladet, said: "As I want to become an even better footballer I knew that I had to leave Sweden and move abroad. "I had a lot of offers from England but in the end I chose Chelsea. "The difference between Sweden and England is enormous and I have no doubt that I will continue my development in the right way. "I think I will be ready to play in the Premier League in two years' time." http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_6747158,00.html _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________ never heard of this guy, its prolly because hes 16. anybody no anything about him? videos, stats, etc.

i dont see why people really care about this? he wants to end his career at AM...thats fine. i dont see y it matters. cause he just joined us a week ago doesnt really make a difference. for me its the same thing as him saying this at the end of the season or in a year
-
how come when he has been playing excellently he gets dropped from the team. he has been our best midfielder for atleast a month but right when we change formations he gets dropped. its so stupid
-
for me its a yes he should get more time so hes not that big? but he is so smart and knows how to avoid unnecessary challenges and how to get away from them. he can get stuck in some also. IMO if your good enough your old enough. and his attitude and composure shows he can take some criticism if it comes. not saying he should start every game but atleast get some more time. we need someone who can control the ball and get it forward and he seems like he can. lastly i think carlo is putting him in the right position as a deep playmaker. if he can mould him there he could be amazing at that position
-
yea its like he took the words right of my mouth haha
-
ummmm????
-
Torres wont celebrate or kiss Chelsea badge

what the :censored: was that supposed to be? hahaha -
he never got a decent run in the team. when he started he showed he can score. i think in all or all but one he has started he has scored in. i thought him and Drogba could do really well together but that never really happend. i am a big fan of sturridge and think he could be real class if we give him the games
-
ehh i dont think its like that at all really
-
hate to say it but i think the same thing
-
we played them together last game and as a team we played tremendously. i would prefer ramires in there too tho
-
but then man u just got scored on.. anyways i want ramires to start over mikel but i think that with mikel we have more cover for our back line with the fullbacks going forward. it will be interesting to see what carlo picks
-
we could either play the diamond or use ramires on the right wing in a regular 4-4-2. benayoun can play there also once he comes back. it would be mad not to play 2 of the top strikers in the world and to see that partnership. and it can help both of them with a little rest if one of them needs one then we can still play our 4-3-3
-
for me i wouldnt want him...he is great scorer but i dont think he's right for us at all
-
this guy is pure class...i dont think we will get him til summer if we actually do get him. he is exactly wat we need and wat most people want. it'd be a dream come true to get him and lukaku over summer
-
ramires has been excellent the past few games and he was again today. i only voted for ivanovic because his contribution was really vital but the goal and assist (probably would have gone in if anelka didnt touch it)
-
Ancelotti said after the game that he thinks we have turned the corner...but Drogba thinks otherwise. I couldnt find the Ipswich game to watch but im guessing since we won 7-0 we played pretty good. Even though it wasnt against the best competition, they beat arsenal the next game they played so we had to do good. today's performance wasnt the best but it was a great result either way. the first half it was like we needed to settle in and then in the second half we did alot better. i dont think we have quite yet but we are definitely heading the right direction. im more with Drogba on the fact that we need to win a few consecutive games before we say the "bad moment" is over (and for me the "moment" stuff is getting old) -What do yall think? have we turned the corner?
