  1. I wonder who'd come second in a poll of Chelsea players we regret keeping.
  2. I doubt we'd go after a major addition in January and even more that it'd be a player exchange. Schurrle is settled, likes it here and is clearly ahead of Salah. Reus would be unavailable for the CL. He has nothing to play for in the league so would want to impact the CL knockout rounds. Plus, the article mentions it's a straight swap with no cash ... which means BVB value Schurrle at more than 20m, which I find very hard to believe. The only reason I can think of for getting him in Jan is to get him settled for next season.
  3. Read the City manager's comments post QPR. "We will play this way ... we must not lose faith, this is our style blah blah". Sounding dangerously like Wenger. Also has a pop at Allardyce. Real classy from Pellegrino.
  4. 13 in 14 for Chelsea before this season.
  5. Liverpool. Look at these cunts : https://i.4cdn.org/sp/1415457555452.webm Special mention to the guy doing a chinky gesture. Bellends.
  6. Entire FourFourTwo December 2014 article on Costa : Plus bonus video interview of Mourinho and Costa pre-Liverpool : "I wasn't educated in an academy ... I learned on the streets. I like to win. I hate to lose."
  7. 5 PL titles and another CL, this time with him starting the final, would be epic and very well deserved.
  8. Starts working the moment Mikel gets off ... typical
  9. Yup, posted it a couple of months ago.
  10. Lovren, Lallana, Lambert, Chambers, Shaw, Pocchettino ... seems everyone who left Southampton in the summer is under a curse.
  11. I kept hearing pundits and commentators gushing over him being such a wonderful 'quarterback' last season. Now admittedly I know nothing about American Football other than that they play in a helmet and massive oversized shoulder pads with an overgrown egg for a ''ball'', but is quarterback the equivalent of a midfielder whose legs are gone and who's actually quite shit the moment someone gets within 5 metres of him?
  12. And Liverpool in 14-15 are even worse than that Chelsea team, I'm sure you'll agree. Ox is also a couple of years older. Next.
  13. Thankfully we don't need to ask you that.
  14. So? What relevance does a 24 year old playing in a far better team have to a 19 year old playing in an inferior one? Why can't the people who call Sterling overrated come up with the names of some better players of that age right now in England?
  15. Hazard would never start for Madrid? Lol. Robben couldn't either - that hasn't turned out too shabbily. Football doesn't revolve around Madrid.
  16. Funny thing is the same people over analyzing and nit picking aspects of his play are the same ones who'd be pining for him were he not a CFC player right now. The kid is 23. He's having his best season here so far. He's enthusiastic. He's improving all the time. Yet the first post here after a game reads 'woeful finishing'. Being the best player in the team and one of the best in the world brings expectations - that's natural ... but some people on this forum somehow always keep missing the woods for the trees when it comes to Hazard.
  17. Aguero's so good at saving Pellegrino's ass. It's a simple straight ball over the top. Deal with it FFS"
  18. HAHAHA YES! Take that you twat Demichelis.
  19. Mark Noble should have had a moderately long England career. Quite an underrated player over the years.
  20. Woeful is a bit strong. The first chance was a good block from Johnson. The second he could have been a bit cleverer and taken Johnson out of the game by taking another touch. The third time he did wonderfully to drive into the box and should have passed to Ramires who was open on the far post. At least he's starting to really drive at players and looking to commit them and force the initiative. Finishing will come with some luck and in time. I'm happy with the ambition; there's a marked change in mentality.
  21. I'm still getting used to not pinching myself when a striker scores a goal.
  22. What an idiot Cahill was there towards the end. Unpardonable mistake but thankfully the ref bottled it.
