  1. I clearly mentioned the word 'realistic'
  2. I was referring to the generally held notion (thus, not specifically you or anyone else) that club legends are immune from frank commentary and/or criticism because of who they are and what they've done for the club. Like I said, I would have quoted you had I been replying to your post specifically, it's a practice I follow precisely to avoid arguments like these. Of course we owe Mourinho a lot, as I acknowledged in my original post itself. But you became all aggressive and stuff, leading me to said conclusion. Also, you mentioned people disrespecting Mourinho or his work in that earlier post. I have never done that, in case you thought I was part of that group.
  3. lmao at you taking this personally when I didn't mention or quote you anywhere, which I would've had I been referring to you. Trying to flame an argument I suppose.
  4. The makers of that list are people who've got a lot of time on their hands...
  5. What are you on about? If anything, Abidal should have been sent off in the first leg itself when he pulled down Drogba in the box. He was lucky to even make it to the Bridge.
  6. Steve Clarke as assistant manager (he is on a temporary contract at Liverpool)Premier LeagueMore chances for Josh, Kakuta, Bertrand and possibly BrumaSturridge-Torres upfrontA playmaker and two quality wingersBreaking up player power Add your own.
  7. Of course we missed chances that should have been put away, Drogba was guilty of two glaring misses in either leg, but it is absolute peanuts in comparison to the 4 stonewall penalties that were wrongfully and perhaps purposely denied by a referee who was more than just incompetent. It doesn't matter if we missed chances that day, because as per the rule book, we deserved those penalties and we weren't given them. End of story.
  8. justin3D you make good points sometimes, but on other occasions,
  9. What went wrong is that he ruffled a few too many feathers and lost the dressing room.
  10. Myabe the premise of playing them together in a 442 is just a way to make Redknapp alter his plans. It'd be moronic to change from 433.
  11. Yes Mourinho won us trophies (for which I am ETERNALLY grateful) when we were looking to establish ourselves as one of the big boys in England and Europe. So that means I can't call a spade a spade 4 years after he's moved on? Jog on.
  12. The reactions in this thread itself is exactly what Mourinho wanted to achieve, and he succeeded in doing it. Taking attention away from his and his team's poor attitude, performance and failure to rise to the occasion.
  13. And people wonder why Barcelona are hated. Shove your pretty football where it hurts and act like men for once. Still richly deserved the win yesterday though.
  14. The Chelsea references have nothing to do with him loving/missing us, it's purely a strategy to divert attention from his own failings.
  15. The best thing I've read in a long while, Alex :cfc:
  16. Best player (more than 10 apps) - Petr Cech Worst player (more than 10 apps) - Jose Bosingwa Most improved player - John Obi Mikel Best goal - Yuri Zhirkov vs Spartak, UCL. 17. No Zhirkov in midfield please. Reminds me of our 'bad moment'.
  18. Don't want him back regardless of what he does at Madrid. It's not our concern.
  19. Going on about Mourinho like a broken record. Let's not turn into Liverpool. Chelsea is a club that talks about the future, not the past.
  20. Fans don't call Zesh Rehman 'pussy' anymore.
  21. If this happens, I will run around the house naked. By naked, I mean in a towel.
