Should sell Tosin,Badi and Gusto if anyone will take the first two.Gusto has had a few decent games so should be interest and maybe teams won't have picked up on his fatal flaw of being a dracula when somebody brings a cross.

Helps that Cardiff are missing Ruben Colwill whose inconsistent but capable of worldies.his younger brother is good too but more conventional solid supporting midfielder type.
The atmosphere will be similar to Leeds away. But really it's Maresca with his team selection that worries me most..

Hiddink was probably the most talented coach we had because of his vast variety of coaching job experience he had he could adjust.most are stuck in their ways and have limitations in tactics,formations etc..
Maresca got credit for winning with youngsters in the Conference but this year he's holding youngsters back.the slow build up from the back even if we didn't have some of the worst short range passing defenders in the league I hate it.it's like he presumes everyone outside the very top sides is going to park the bus on us and must draw the bus out but when they don't park it,the tactic only causes us harm but he doesn't adjust.against better sides he uses the tactics we should use with every opponent.
Some players make mistakes time after time and keep getting selected whilst others more talented have a mistake or two or even have a good game and they get put on the shelf for 3 to 12 weeks.
Heavy rotation is way too much.he's picked the best available team maybe once every 5 or 6.
Maresca's recent comments are far from the first time he's made self defeating comments in interviews.
The win ratio on paper looks pretty good.that is the only good.which could say should be the only thing that matters but I don't see us improving to challenge for league titles again under Maresca.he's just too prone to self sabotage.

Think you are being a bit harsh. Sure, loss against Sunderland hurted, but we won 4 in a row before and could have won this one aswell, it just wasn't our game.
It's almost November and we are on good way to reach our goals, despite Palmer, Delap, our main CB-s(Colvill, Fofana, Badiashile) and Lavia were hardly available so far. 
I feel this Sanchez-Maignan topic is overdiscussed aswell. Bobby isn't elite but he has been fine this season, it's not like we are constantly swallowing goals because of him. Maigan isn't Jesus Christ either, he doesn't magically make Milan champion team.

Garnacho, Gittens needs minutes and Facundo,so would have George on the bench.I'm not sure I'd risk Estevao against Lincoln.on one hand he could just tear them apart,on the other they could hack at him too much trying to stop him.

Part of it is probably him being nothing more than ok, and missing more than any forward at Chelsea should.
Another part of it is probably his attitude and his dumb cards, whenever he gets frustrated. If it was to save the team, I think anyone could and would respect his many yellows and even red cards. But not when it's just for acting like a baby. Almost cost the club CL.
