  1. 'Chelsea need a player like Wilifried Bony at the moment. Torres is always moving and works hard, but he is not strong enough to lead the line. I'm sorry for Torres, but that's my personal opinion.' 'Bony has so much quality. It's incredible how strong he is and he's excellent on the ball, too. I can understand why he has been linked with Chelsea and other clubs. 'It will be impossible for Vitesse to hold on to him if he keeps this up. Perhaps we'll play together at Chelsea in the future. That would be great. 'We haven't spoken about a transfer yet, but it would be nice to play alongside him at Stamford Bridge in a while.'
  2. Has anyone seen this? http://www.skysports...8214132,00.html
  3. Just because he's the Eredivisie it doesn't mean you can compare him to Kalou. The only comparison between those two is that they're both black. This guy is much better then Kalou when he was playing in the Eredivisie. But if you think he looks like Kalou in the video i've posted, just shows what your vision is.
  4. What about this guy? In my opinion he's the best player in the Eredivisie. You can see that he wants to make a step to an higher stage. He's intelligent on the ball, good vision and very powerful. His headers, his shots and his body strength are from another planet. Comparable to our own ex-superstriker Didier Drogba. This player is from Ivory Coast as well. He played three seasons for Sparta Prague and now on his third season in the Eredivisie with Vitesse (Kakuta, v Aanholt, Kalas). He's been bought for 4 million euros at 20 years of age. And with the relationship between Abramovic and Jordania there should be enough possibilities.
  5. Did someone noticed Manchesters new signing? Andesron?
  6. Büttner isn't that great, no. He's very quick and has great runs but in defensive he's no where near our standards. I'd give him a few league cup matches, nothing more. But he's still young and has potential, curious to see what SAF will teach him.
  7. Hi Skipper, As a Dutchy it´s always great to welcome other Dutch people on this fantastic forum. Enjoy your stay here, Vincent
  8. Hi BlueJack, it's progressive and i won't give up. Thanks! Thanks diskoviolente, and ofcourse i'll push through! Thanks Kez, and it sucks that after i was finally recovering from leukaemia this comes on my trail. But like i said, i won't give up till i won. The TC members and staff have been a great support while i was in hospital fighting this terrible disease. Something that i'll always remember, thanks again.
  9. He can definately be good for the width of our selection. He's still quite young for a centre back, can play on different positions. Headstrong, leader figure, smart, good shot plus has the most amazing rushes towards the opponents goal with the outcome of a goal. I think he might add something to our squad on the long term. Someone who is willing to learn from players like JT.
  10. Most of you that where active about a year ago might still know me. Not only because of my honest opinion but also because i suffered from leukaemia. A progress wich some of you might have followed and supported me through this, wherefore many thanks. Everything was looking good and bright till i get starting gettin troubles with my breath and my lungs. I was agitated (if that's the correct word) i basically had just trouble breathing and there was an infections in my lungs. I had to go back to the hospital for a week, in the beginning in my own city. But they couldn't find anything and the infections where gettin worse and worse. I couldn't do some of the basic tests and had trouble with even just sitting straight. I was brought with ambulance to a other hospital, where they had more experience with lungs and where i also got treat for my leukaemia en where i had my bone marrow transplantation. I had to do a lot of tests and it was getting worse and worse, even now in this 'special' hospital. I got surgery on my lungs where day basically cut a pizzaslice out my lungs to invest it. This happened on the day before the Champions League final. I was in a lot of pain on the day of the final, i was very tired and everything seemed like a dream. A dream sponsored by a lot of morfine that was given continuous because i had a drain, pipe out of my thorax to get all the remaining fluid and air out of it. An final wich i will always treasure and will never forget. I was allowed to regulate the morfine myself, so if i had any pain i just pressed a button and the machine started to pump. I didn't use it for the night and slept great because of the big dose i already took. The next day i was a little less 'stoned'. But i was still wondering was this all a dream and was it the morphine that made me dream this? No it wasn't, it was real life! Unbelievable, indescribable! At this moment i'm still on a high dosis medication and it's still not looking bright but there is now a progressive line and week by week it's getting a bit better.
  11. Like many of you might still know, i´ve also had this diagnose. After high dosis chemotherapy, radiotherapy and a bone marrow transplantation. I´m doing ok. I´m not the ´old Vincent´ but im getting there. Everyday i´ll think of the hell i had to go through, the hell where he and his family still have to go through. All the best for him and his family.

  13. That's so true, i suffered from bloodcancer (leukaemia) in 2011. I'm clean now, but in the process i've asked myself more then once 'will i still be here tomorrow?'.

  17. Thanks. I actually had my first training yesterday, tomorrow i'll have the next one. I'm doing ok, still tired fast, but it goes better and better by small steps.
