I really do hope, with a ton of respect for him, Drogba isn't a third-choice striker for us next season. I hope he's at the club in a coaching capacity, because he does seem to be an influence in the team. But I feel overall he's been quite poor. He's gotten goals, which no-one can dispute, but you can see his decline is just become more and more prominent. He's 37 now and you can see the effect it is having on him, his touch is poor and his decision making has become a black mark on his game these days. Even if we don't use Solanke and Bamford, I'm sure there's other guys that can come in and play that bit-part role. But if we have this situation next season, where our only fit striker is a 37-year old.. Then we'll be in trouble.
