That's exactly what labour turned into. I don't even know how they can claim to be the same party, they're a shadow of their former selves. While not knowing what exactly happened it seems that's just the way you have to play in the political field of our country. Saw the same happen with the Liberal Democrats. Once they got into power with the Conservatives they simply played along with the latter's regime. The only reason Labour's had a success in the polls this year is because people are pissed of with the situation. It's not a vote for Labour, it's a vote against the government.
