What Kakuta doesn't have and what Piazon does seem to have is the mentality to succeed at the top level. Kakuta might be naturally more talented, but he can't seem to marry that talent with the right mentality to succeed yet. That's why I think Piazon might be able to make it at CFC.

Terry is a club legend, Malouda isn't. Terry in 3/4 years will obviously be at the end of his career, he'll have reduced wages, his influence to the squad is far more beneficial than Malouda's ever will be, whilst Malouda can still play at a decent club as he'd still have 2/3 years of okay performances at a lower repped club. Cold truth.

Rightly so. JT would take a massive pay cut if needed, and he'll still be a rotational option still. He wouldn't be at the club to waste it's money after being offered a way out like Malouda. The amount JT has done and achieved for us is in no way comparable to what Malouda has.

Sturridge really isn't as selfish as many here make him out to be. People have built up an image of Sturridge being some sort of narcissistic, egotistical villain. Don't understand why, when it was clearly his duty to have the creative freedom (AVB) to shoot instead of pass.

Why is Malouda being made out to be the victim? I can understand why people are concerned about squad harmony and that, but what if he was moved to the reserves because he was demanding to play and therefore creating a negative atmosphere in the squad? The thing is, we don't actually know what happened, so IMO it's unfair to scapegoat the club or RDM without knowing the true details of the story, which we'll probably find out after anyway. I find it quite unprofessional and quite childish that Malouda posted the picture on twitter for everyone to see. I'm not going to start pointing fingers just yet before it becomes any clearer.
