The transfer window is still open. If Romeu is going out on loan it's because he's going to a club that will have him in their first team for the majority of their games, something which I don't think will be afforded here, especially if we get someone like Daniel De Rossi.

Because he needs game time. He hasn't got the divine right to be a starter for us when he's not even better than Lampard, Mikel or Ramires in the pivot.

Romeu would not play ahead of Lampard simply because he's not really competing for a spot against Frank in the pivot. Romeu is more defensive so he has Mikel and probably even Ramires and maybe Luiz ahead of him as the more defensive player in the pivot. Lampard might not be as comfortable in the pivot than Romeu but he's far more effective for the team. Saying Oriol is better for the pivot is just overrating him.

Well it's not a huge problem... Basically befriended this girl who's 2 years older a few months ago and slowly I've been growing more attracted to her. We're actually pretty good friends but I'm afraid to make a move because of the age difference. I know it's not uncommon for a guy to go for a girl that's a bit younger but I don't exactly know how girls see it the other way round. It's a weird one because I don't want to severe our friendship.

Because De Rossi is 29 he can easily act as Nat's mentor. There's no point in throwing Nat in the deep end when we've got so many other options available. We're not a small club. Nat's still very young and if he keeps developing would easily be able to take over from DDR once Daniele is past it - but for now it's totally unrealistic to expect Nat to feature prominently for us.
