Wouldn't say surpassed but maybe matching yeah. It's great to see Chelsea turning into such a technical team. PSV right now is a great place for a young player to develop. They have several high quality young players in the first team XI, and are placing a lot of faith in them, and so far they're doing wonderful, having started the season off excellently. Jeffrey definitely joined the right club, hopefully he can now finally fulfil some of that promise he showed earlier in his career.
