  1. Well, Oscar is the more complete player but Coutinho isn't a level below him, they're on the same level. What Coutinho has going for him though is superior technique.
  2. A lot think Aguero is the best 9 in the world (with Suarez).
  3. He's definitely more creative than Neymar as well. Eden creates a lot with his dribbles and can pick out a pass quite well.Everything else is pretty close, apart from finishing. That's where Neymar has the clear upper hand.
  4. Fair enough. I see where you're coming from. Can't disagree. He had a great season for us last year but yeah, still not really top 3 in the world level.
  5. Do you genuinely think Hazard isn't anywhere close to world class? Care to elaborate?
  6. Well, KDB did just complete a £60m move to City, of course he'll be on big money.
  7. Weird thing is that Boga is actually very well built.
  8. City have Silva, KDB, Sterling, Nasri, Navas and Toure as their attacking midfielders. Quite ridiculous really.
  9. Think he could easily fill the Fabregas role in the team tbh.
  10. KDB should've wrapped the game up for Belgie a lot earlier in the match, didn't have a good game. Still provided the game winning assist though.
  11. People need to cut him some slack tbh. He's been disappointing but we're only 4 games in and he's always been known to be a slow starter. I'm not worried too much yet.
  12. That's what Cesc's game is usually about. He made so many killer passes last season, hence his 18 assists. He's just not in form at all this time around.
  13. Shelvey is brilliant, what a player. England not looking too bad. This would be my euros starting XI as of now:Sturridge Sterling - Rooney - Ox Shelvey - Wilshere Shaw - Smalling - Cahill - Clyne Hart
  14. Boga, Musonda, RLC and Solanke. They're the four I'm looking out for the most personally. I seriously hope they make it here.
  15. Move on yeah, but you can't compare KDB to Cuadrado at all. KDB was actually MOTM in the first game and had a great pre season (even though that holds little weight) as well. Not comparable whatsoever.
  16. Can't really be bothered working it out but those numbers seem a bit incorrect to me.Edit: Ah, euros. Might make sense.
  17. Guys, I'd appreciate it if you stopped saying we should lock a thread. If you haven't realised yet, we don't lock threads of players we haven't signed so people can carry on discussing them, or in case future links come up again. Thank you.
  18. A defender he's never seen play or trained with before? If anything, it would've been more than unfair on Traore or Kenedy who have clearly impressed Jose. Sorry, Jose isn't at fault here IMO.PS. Respect Terry a bit more please. About old and slow... People really throw players under the bus too easily. Yes he's old and slow (always has been) but that doesn't mean we should completely write him off.
  19. Does Remy not have a poaching ability himself?
  20. We have too much cover at AM. He should've gone out on loan because Jose won't even look at him. What've we got atm? Hazard, Oscar, Willian, Pedro, Kenedy, Traore... That's 6 players ahead of him already.
  21. This blind faith people have in Falcao... I just don't see it personally. Yeah, he scored, but that shouldn't mean he starts over Diego.
  22. Which solidifies my thoughts even more.
  23. I will reserve judgement until I've seen him play a few times tbh. I like his profile, whether he's good enough at this level? I suppose we'll find out.
  24. Still don't understand why he's just not been given a fair chance here. He's a talent. IMO he can at least be a valuable squad player here if he develops well enough. Going back a bit but Jack Cork for example, who Chalobah has a higher ceiling than IMO, would make a great squad player here. He's developed quite well as a player and that's allowed him to get to that level. Chalobah could do the same, he's just not being provided with an opportunity here. Here's hoping he does well at Napoli because if he does, the club surely have to give him a role in the squad. He's HG. He's club trained as well (for CL).
  25. Honestly, the more I think about it the more I think that the board have actually tied Jose's hands here. With the rumours of him giving the board exactly what we needed as a team way back in April, and then us trying to buy players at a last ditch attempt because results weren't going our way... It's quite disturbing. The quite random signing of Michael Hector done it for me. Would we have signed Pedro if we had a good start to the season? I actually don't think so, which is very worrying. Time will tell.
