  1. I think Kounde offers a lot of versatility at RCB and potentially RB. We saw the very best of David Luiz in a disciplined 3 at the back system so you can assume Tuchel's set up will offer the same. Süle is a very composed figure much like Thiago Silva who I think would partner both Rudiger and Kounde well. Get both is my answer. A back line of of this would be phenomenal. Kounde Süle Rüdiger James Chilwell
  2. Are Havertz and Werner not vaxxed? Seems to take them weeks to recover after having Covid a 2nd time.
  3. We've outgrown both Jorginho and Azpilicueta. But RMC Sport suggest no price-tag has been placed on the Frenchman, however a summer move 'seems inevitable'. As the race strengthens with clubs expressing their interest, Chelsea could hold a key advantage in the pursuit of the popular youngster. As per Adam Newson, no club has spent longer pursuing Tchouameni than Chelsea.
  4. In the club's defence, Kounde at the very least fits the profile of what we want in our CBs. I also suspect Sule to come. He's mentioned he wants his next move to be in England and if its between us and Spurs its no question. Reckon this is our back line next season. (Silva, Chalobah, and Sarr for rotation.) Kounde Sule Rudiger
  5. Kounde would be replacing Azpilicueta I believe. Sule dependent on whether or not Christensen leaves.
  6. Nothing, I repeat nothing suggests Dembele will recover from his injury proneness. He has a far worse injury record than Pulisic and this isn't even taking into consideration his massive ego and the fact he is vastly, vastly inconsistent. When I see Liverpool making smart signings in Luis Diaz whilst we are being linked with another 'marquee' signing that has all the wrong signs, it genuinely gives me no hope for this club with regards to sustainability.
  7. Ousmane Dembele has averaged 20 missed games a season since he's been with Barcelona. Of which 90% of his injuries are a cause of muscular imbalances vs contact with another player. If we genuinely sell either Pulisic or Ziyech in favor of a player that spends half a season in the hospital bed, I will not only lose faith in our board, but Tuchel.
  8. Our scouts are heavily invested in bringing in youth players into the academy. We need more of statistical/data analytics in regards to recruitment as that was what brought us Mendy.
  9. When we bought Werner, there was loads of excitement but avid Bundesliga watchers informed us he would struggle in the Premier League and that based on our formation at the time (433) he would struggle even more being deployed as the sole ST or at LW. Ziyech was a smart buy (I still believe so) but he directly competed in Mount's role. He isn't a winger and that is where Lampard continued to play him. When we were linked with Havertz, 50% of us asked why and the other 50% said he was a generational talent, that was why. You can see there was no long term planning or thinking with buying our strikers. Virtually the same thing happened with Lukaku.
  10. We were only linked to about a billion Serie A players during that time too.... The notion Conte was forced fed players he didn't want is truly, truly hilarious.
  11. Exactly. Lampard isn't great but there is a growing narrative that he's a shit manager because of the state he left us in. Greater managers than Lampard weren't able to overcome the pressures of being a Chelsea manager. We've seen some great results and performances under Lampard to suggest the potential is there. Everton need someone who can win the fans/players right away, along with instilling his ideas to the players quickly.
  12. Don't think so. Tchouameni is more of a ball playing defensive midfielder. Conor box to box. My only assumption is the surplus of midfielders we have in our books and that we need to make way for any to come in.
  13. That and his limitations on the ball really held our right side for a few years. Didn't help during his prime years he was partnered with Willian the majority of the time...
  14. I hyped him up massively along with Munir.
  15. Pulisic scores against big clubs though.
  16. So we can check Pulisic as one of the attackers upset at Tuchel.
  17. The reports are for in to leave on a free in the summer. Which I believe we should do 110%.
  18. Won’t be for a while considering his wages.
  19. Can't believe Everton prefer a manager that relegated Fenerbache vs Lampard.
  20. Watch him come back overweight after this break.
