Ugarte was different. The price was fine and agreed, BUT PSG offered the player twice the salary we did and on better terms. The reason we do what we do the splurging on fees is because we make it up on the player contracts, plus we have already brought in well over £300m on sales and loans and add-ons, with more to come.
