that's not NET spending, we spent far less net Net spend, £75.06m

If our board had an ounce of sense, they would have quickly realised that that they were once again getting the old Italian assfuck from Juve on Rugani and Caldara, and sold Luiz to PSG (they made multiple enquiries) and bought BOTH Thilo Kehrer, who only turns 22 on September 21, 2018 (and who PSG fucking then snapped up, after being rebuffed by us on shit Luiz) for only £33m and also Benjamin Pavard from Stuttgart, who can obviously play RB as well (see WC glory for France) and is also only 22 and great on the ball and distribution (plus shooting, as he had goal of WC). We would have had 2 wonderful, young (but experienced at the highest levels) ball-playing 22 CB's to pair with OUR 22yo ball playing CB, AC, and Rudiger and then Ampadu. Luiz and Cahill should have been binned. They have large, large salaries are are huge defensive liabilities. OUR BOARD IS SHIT and Luiz is going to cost us big time, mark my words, plus he will soon have shit for resale value as he turns 32 this spring. I would rather have Willian for 2 more years than Luiz for 2 more months. My summer dream gone bust:

If he sits BOTH Kante and Jorginho, hell yes, we are well and truly fucked then, especially against LPool. If you have a theory or knowledge of why so little time for Emerson, I would love to know. I have said in past maybe he is still carrying a knock from the Roma injury. He was so so so good before that damn knee.

fuck, lol, I will fix it

Chelsea and Manchester United transfer target Federico Chiesa confirms £63million bids rejected Read more: https://metro.co.uk/2018/08/25/chelsea-and-manchester-united-transfer-target-federico-chiesa-confirms-63million-bids-rejected-7882791/?ito=cbshare He would have been a massive, massive upgrade over Willian/Pedro. Sarri could make him a superstar.
-
He is the best Italian RW. Federico Bernardeschi is close, then a big drop off. Domenico Berardi has never progressed to the level he should be at.
-
What drop in quality (other than Kepa, Rudiger, Kante, Azpi, and Hazard) in the rest of the positions it might be and upgrade, especially defensively. Even at RB, Zappacosta in for Azpi is not a disaster. LB Emerson in for Alonso is an upgrade on defensive side. CB AC in for Luiz? It should be that now. Amapdu in for Rudiger? I will not lose sleep. Cahill in, yes, that is a shit move . MF We don't really have a set starting 3rd MF yet, but either Barkley or Kovacic in there is fine. Fuck Drinkwater, Fabregas is shit too, neither better play, or maybe as sub role for Fabregas at most. Moses, lol, bench time, why the fuck we have him still is yet another question. RLC should have been loaned out or sold. Same for the already mentioned Drinkwater and Fabregas. RW will be a coin toss being meh 1 and meh 2. as usual. LW Hazard out means CHO in, getting a chance, so happy there. Ideally Hazard would play and CHO would be played as a false 9 or at striker, for a half, just to see. Striker is shit no matter what, so its not like a cup tie makes it a nightmare choice. I said above play CHOthere or a false nine anyway. As long as Sarri keeps Cahill, Drinkwater, Fabregas, RLC (maybe give him a little time to see if he can show up for once), Moses and then the two I wish he wouldn't play Luiz (especially him, he needs to be reduced to a spot sub, only Cahill is worse) and Willian, I am happy He will will keep playing the last two, and it will eventually bite us in the arse, especially Luiz. I just hope not too badly.

Fucking rotten luck we have, Scouser plonkers in Carabao Cup 3rd round and now this POS of a draw for these CL groups. Group D is a fucking joke. Four shit teams. And only Bayern and Shitty are worth fuckall in E, then F. The drop downs to Europa are going to have some monsters. I would say Monaco, Inter or Spuds, Napoli, and Valencia (who are pretty loaded now) or Manure.

Trent Alexander-Arnold up against Alonso, eeeek. Mane, Firmino, and Salah v Luiz. God help us. Maybe Klopp doesn't go full first team.
-
Guess we can forget now about ever landing Frederico Chiesa

Flashback to 2015.... Everton’s attacking midfielder Ross Barkley has surprisingly claimed his best position is actually playing up front as a striker, as per the BBC. https://www.squawka.com/en/news/evertons-ross-barkley-claims-his-best-position-is-up-front/342983

Chelsea keen on signing 19-year-old Portuguese starlet THIS MONTH
Vesper replied to James's topic in Chelsea Articles
Portuguese media says RB Leipzig, Lyon, Juve, and Roma are in the lead. -
Except Burnley have looked like stale cat piss so far. Good game for a turnaround!!! They also have a huge Europa League game tonight, they are in dire straights

Willian over Pedro? It isnt that big a deal to me, all here know by know my feelings that we should have sold (or swapped for Martial) Willian and purchased one of (in order), but I do think Pedro is more of a Sarriball player. Leon Bailey Malcom (Barca paid only £37m ffs) Federico Chiesa Federico Bernardeschi Christian Pulisic Suso Wild card (due to cost, but could the best of all these, in long run, save MAYBE Bailey) Ousmane Dembélé, who I do not think Barca will now sell, due to his vastly improved play so far. That fact leaves Malcom stranded with vastly reduced playing time, btw.

In another post I said a cup tie for a half with CHO as a false nine or even at striker. Ampadu could handle a league game. I completely disagree with you on that. You lost the argument when you went with the old 'people like you' ad hominen. You know nothing about me that warrants that verbiage.
-
Try him at striker or a false 9, he has played it before. I would test it in an early cup tie, maybe in the second half with a big lead. Try it for a half or so, if it doesn't work, at least we know. I think Sarri has a gambler streak in him (he smokes like a chimney, thats rolling dice for sure, lol)
-
Can they please misplace Martial in West London?
-
potential leg breaker ffs, with clear intent 5 games at least for violent conduct (red card goes without saying)

Fuck Lee Mason Tis a right old cunt Craig Dawson’s goon-up on Zappacosta last season v the Raggies didn't even warrant a fucking free kick to him.
