  2. you having a laugh? or are you serious????? please pick option one
  3. dog help us that we are reduced to discussing Moses coming back as some sort of positive development
  4. it is not just the 'poisonings' He has been Putin's number one money man for ages and the yanks are up our arse about the elections (Trump)and other geo-poltical shit as well. I have documented this multiple times on here since I have joined the board a year and a half ago (tempus fugit!)
  5. that is one good thing about the yank sports media (the national networks that I have seen) they are much less biased (at least the national presenters) during games and in post game (obviously there are exceptions, and I am talking pro basketball and pro American footie, I never watch baseball, so could not tell you on that) I am sure some Americans on here will say I am full of shit, lolol
  6. double one for Eden and one for those HORRENDOUS new kits
  7. CHO is going to be out far longer than 3 months, we will be lucky to have him back by December even starting to actively train and there are no guarantees he fully recovers, he completely ruptured his Achilles that is a devastating injury that can take years to fully recover from, especially if he comes back too soon and blows it out again (if that happens, he might be done for good), and even then, it may permanently cost him his explosiveness, it is a total roll of the dice atm the only positive is that he is very very young, so has lots of time to heal and also has the regenerative capacity of youth
  8. re-read what I typed he is almost exclusive a RW he did just start a game at LW, yesterday but before that he had only one start there all year, v spuds in the CL when the yids smashed them other than that he had 1 minute (so doesnt count) v Bremen and 14 minutes v Leipzig at LW all year As for CAS going against FIFA (assuming that FIFA will not grant a deferral, and they have already said they will not, just not officially yet) there are zero guarantees they will overrule FIFA on that, and the time is very tight, as FIFA still has not even said when they rule on our appeal The window opens in only 7 weeks. The only option we may have (and it is a BAD idea) is to buy and re-loan for the entire year that is a HUGE risk for players we are going to be dropping insane money on (Pepe alone will cost £60-70m)
  9. I completely agree, even if Puli hardly plays at LW, he is RF, so I much prefer him inverted, the same as the LF Pepe at RW Pepe is unfortunately for us GONE thsi summer, 100% for sure, Lille has already said so so we will miss out on him get ready for non stop Pedro/Willian action until Puli gets his EPL sea-legs hell we might recall Moses, due to the bans (gag) next season may be dire as fuck if a shit tonne do not step the hell up i RLC has another back-injury go-round next year and Puli doesnt take off like a rocket, we will have extreme offensive issues (maybe we can hypnotise Kante to shoot like Lamps used to, roflmaooooo) we are literally losing half our entire team's goals/assists when Eden signs for RM, and CHO is going to be out for ages
  10. ideally we should have hired Julian Nagelsmann last summer and let him help build the club, really backed the young lad He was my number one choice, he has done amazing work with TSG 1899 Hoffenheim. Leo Jardim would have been a good hire too. My dark horse favourite is (I posted on him once before) Abel Ferreira (Braga) Brilliant 40yo, he has Braga in a solid 4th place (with a club worth en toto on TM about what we will get from RM for a one year and gone Eden) in Liga NOS, they were within 5 points of the top (Porto and Benfica) a month and a half or so ago, until they had devastating injuries. Only twice in history has a non Big 3 won Liga in Portugal, Belenenses in 1945–46 and Boavista in 2000–01) Maybe he could help bring Trincão over after the bans (a sparkling, recently called-up 19yo SS/RWer in the mould (potentially) of João Félix, and almost the exact same age,, 49 days younger than Felix) PLAYER TO COACH PLANTING THE SEED Abel Ferreira Braga, 2017-Present https://www.coachesvoice.com/abel-ferreira-on-braga-challenge-primeira-liga/ “I tell you this: there is no perfect formula. No perfect game plan. Only the one that you believe in”
  11. he is one goal away from 30 for the year, lolol 6 MONTHS of a loan plus wages for Higs cost us over £12m, if we took him for the whole year and a half it would cost us £37m in fees and wages AND we still would NOT OWN HIM that would cost another £31m for a perm transfer fee (and obligate us for another £28m in wages, for a fucking grand total cost for a 30-something washed up striker OF NINETY-SIX MILLION QUID in loan fees, trans fees and wages for 3 and a half years) Piatek cost AC Milan £31m to own him OUTRIGHT AND Piatek's wages are only £1.5m per year with AC Milan we are paying Higs FOURTEEN MILLION QUID PER YEAR so 9.333 times as much! WHAT THE FUCKERY!!! I am sorry, but no wonder Roman has lost almost 2/3rds of his all-time high net worth (some tbf, due to collapse of the rouble, but hard to say what % of his net worth was invested in rouble-demarcated assets v the pound or the USD)
  12. Kenedy is shit, and yes bring back Moses, if the bans are not deferred is a viable option. Mario Pašalić is having a great year at Atalanta (7 goals, 7 assists in only half a seasons minutes), surely we must finally ditch Drinkwater and give Pasa a shot in MF, I think he can help a lot. Baba I am torn on, he has looked really good in France, and I HATE Alonso, plus obviously Emerson is the starter now I would not lose my mind if we cashed in on Alonso and just rolled with Emerson and Jay Dasilva (that will never happen) the loan army I rate long term (not saying all or even many will end up long term starters for us other than a couple) Ola Aina (but Torino have said they will buy him on his option Reece James (obviously, and curse all hades that he is not a LB!!!) Jake Clarke-Salter Jay Dasilva (I just worry a tad about his size, he is so so short) Dujon Sterling Trevoh Chalobah Fikayo Tomori Mason Mount and the ones we may have to recall due to the bans (then sell them after the bans, unless they really come good, which I doubt they do) Mario Pašalić (certainly worth a shot to replace Drinkwater) Happy (not a good fit though, but with Rudiger injured probably into next season, may have to do it) Bakayoko (eeek, huge roll of dice if we do not sell him to AC Milan) Tammy Bats (maybe, eeek) Moses (eeek) Marco van Ginkel needs to be sold to PSV if he is healthy enough Baker, Palmer, and Brown are never going to be good enough the rest not on this list need to be flushed (and many on here eventually as well)
  13. Reece James to the rescue, I am 90% convinced he is the real deal
  14. Assuming Werner goes to Bayern there isnt that much left under 30yo at CF who are remotely do able, and most will probably be gone by summer 2020 Icardi good thing is after Antoine Griezmann has seemingly turned down Barca (I think he is crazy, as he is perfect for them and AM is going to get picked apart over next 2 years, although obviouly they will replace players) Barca will NOT move for Icardi, as Messi hates him (which is stupid, and really hurts Argentina NT) Dybala (IF you count him as a CF) I would think Barc have to consider him, BUT again, Messi and him are not exactly friendly, and they may make a move for Alexandre Lacazette Krzysztof Piatek , I could see Barca looking here too, still enrages me we did not snap him up in January and went for PURE SHIT Higuain on a crazy overpriced loan Iñaki Williams my favourite dark horse, now that he has switched to CF, he is playing how I envisioned Martial playing (if we had bought him and moved him back to CF) , super, super pacey, pretty strong in a wiry way, he is very, very close friends with Kepa, He has really started scoring a lot since he moved to CF (his pace at CF over a full season's minutes would yield 25 plus goals) now a drop down Sébastien Haller, no way EF lets him go as they just lost Jovic Maximiliano Gómez still not sold on him, but is better by far than ANYTHING we have (Higs, Giroud, Bats, Morata, Tammy) Lautaro Martínez not sold on him yet, and he is short (only 1.74m, but has huge potential), plus, if Icardi leaves, NO WAY Inter coughs him up
  15. Real Madrid agree Luka Jovic signing for 60 million euros https://en.as.com/en/2019/05/03/football/1556914637_245596.html Real Madrid have secured the signing of Eintracht Frankfurt striker Luka Jovic for 60 million euros. Of that amount, 48 million euros will go to the Bundesliga club with the remaining 12 million heading in Benfica's direction. The Portuguese outfit had stipulated that 20% of any future transfer would come to them. The deal sees the Serbian striker sign with the LaLiga club for the next six seasons. Jovic will be with Madrid for 2019/20 Los Blancos have wanted to accelerate the negotiations for Jovic after interest was raised by several other European clubs (PSG being the most recent to join in the bidding). For weeks the operation has been very advanced, as already reported by AS, and in the last few days the details have been finalised. snip well fuck Bayern absolutely will move for Werner now
  16. and IF we had a plus 5 MORE in GD, it guarantees Manure cannot catch us as long as we win today (as we would have plus 14 GD lead over them if we win by even one)
  17. I approve of this strongly Tuchel plays youth and is flexible in tactics Mo at PSG with that zoo of cunts will be insane especially as they are probably going to add Cuntois that said, he may be a perfect fit (for a year or two, until he melts down) if they make smart moves for players he will so so want to make a move for his longtime dream, Varane (who wants to leave RM and is, of course, French) popcorn time indeed!!!
  18. the reason he is so low is he will leave on a free in 13 months, and he is refusing to renew Bayern loves to pull Bundesliga players for free, I expect them to perhaps try this, as Lewandowski has at least 1 great year left in him they may balance out the decrease in Lewa value versus the extra they would pay now for Werner and decide to pull the trigger on selling Lewa this summer and buy Werner for the 40m or so Also, they are never going to buy an injured CHO, they will wait to see how he recovers (Achilles injuries can sometimes end careers or take 2 plus years to fully heal and recover from) plus they would get him for free in 2020, same as Werner
  19. we will never get any of those prices except for Bats, unless Bakayoko comes back and blows up, in which case why would we sell him We will be lucky to get £20m for Drinkwater due to his insane salary, probably more like 15 to 17m Morata, lucky to get £45m Baba £10ish (it is madness we paid at least £18m, and potentially £22m for him) we turned down £620m in hard offers last summer (that doesn't even count the massive loss we took on Cuntois, nor the CHO offer from Bayern, which, IF he is perma fucked (please NO!) by his ruptured Achilles will be a huge loss too) we will lose some on frees or take less than half those offers for so many of them at the end of the day we will be lucky to get half or 60% max of that £620m or so when all are finally shipped out eventually or released I absolutely share you concern that even if we DO get a deferral the board will do fuckall and we will be pretty much fucked until summer 2021 (January 2021 will be hard hard to make deals in) the board is criminally inept
  20. If Arse lose or draw and we win today we basically have clinched CL Manure can win both remaining but we will have at least a plus 9 GD over them after the win today (not counting their 2 games) they would have to go crazy with goals and we would have to just get smashed at Leicester just for them to even start to think about catching us on GD The bad thing is they play 2 of the 3 worst defensive teams in the EPL for their last 2 games, and both are already relegated, Huddersfield and Cardiff, who have coughed up 143 league goals between them I could see them smashing both by a combined 7,8,9 goals total, which makes a loss by more than 1 to Leicester very dicey Lets hope we smash Watford by 3 or 4 and take GD 99% away, especially if Manure struggle v Huddersfield today the games are at the same time, so we will now all but the later Arse game outcome by 5PM CST I really want 3rd place over Spuds as that is an extra 2 million quid so a 4m pound swing v spuds
  21. Truly WTF! It looks likes like a sodding Disney Lion King nappy time PJ top for tweens. The humiliation that is Nike kits atm continues.
  22. Proper Chels. These kits for 2019-20 make me want to
  23. My own eyes. Apparently, based off so many comments, I am one of the few people who watched EF a lot. I know what Jovic can do with a header. If Kepa had shaded to his left, Jovic would have went to the other corner. He is just deadly in the air. I am also amazed at how little people took into account that EF was missing 2 absolutely key, superb players and also their best CB, N'Dicka, didn't play. If they get all 3 back for return leg, it is NOT at all a certain thing we win. Haller and Rebic are just so key for them, almost 50 goals produced in only a total of 5000 minutes combined. Just Azpi will end up playing close to 5000 minutes, around 4800, for comparison. Put those 3 players (N'Dicka too, who is going to be a superb CB, and is only 19yo) on us from summer 2018, and would be in 3rd place by 10 to 15 points.
