  1. A creative attacking midfielder and three new attackers this month please .
  2. Dominated in possession before they equalised but didn't do a thing with all that posession. Can't remember a real goal-scoring opportunity. Still nowhere near the level champions should be playing at.. And btw, are Villa trying to kill our players?
  3. Exactly what i've been saying. You don't go out signing a 35-40 mil supporting striker assuming he can perform at a high level on the right wing. I think Alexis Sanchez would be a great signing. We haven't seen such a explosive, exciting, crowd-entertaining player at The Bridge in a long time. But Ashley Young would be a good buy too (Albrighton is outshining him though ).
  4. I think they should a picture of CA in dictionaries next to the word 'moment' from now.
  5. I agree with you BL about Zhirkov being a quality player, i thought I was the only who recognised his quality. But CA has been using him ineffectivley for too long. He's too inconsistent in a midfield-three for me and he should be used in his natural left-winger role. I think he can become a real hit in his natural role. He's the only winger we have with real pace and his dribbling, technique and crossing is impressive too. Yet he has made only one appearance (!) as a winger for us. I'm hoping CA finally decides to play him there (switching Louda to the right?) when he comes back. It's a shame he's so injury-prone though...
  6. Finally. Glad to hear Sturridge is back. I hope CA opens his eyes and switches Daniel's and Salomon's ''ranking'' in the team.
  7. But he didn't and that's because he's a great player . And it's not even neccisarily about how great VDV is doing, it's more about what he would offer to the team. Skill, technique, vision, great passing, goal-scoring ability and creativity. Things this team need has seriously been lacking. I'm not one of those who says/said Ramires is a flop but he doesn't offer us anything we didn't already have. And what I really don't get is what stopped them (the board) from getting both.
  8. Epic fail. This guy is world-class and i can't remember how many times i said we should've signed him. Sigh, what a missed opportunity Nothing but the truth.
  9. Stumbled upon this just now: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fXv8mc96bkg Just loved Gudjohnsen and his dope goal celebration . Will never forget him.
  10. I can't imagine how incredibly frustated Sturridge must be.
  11. Branislav Ivanovic. He has been great all year and this year he grew out into one of Chelsea's most important players. He is also one of my Chelsea favs now . Great player and great professional. I hope he stays with us for many many years. 2. Cech 3. Alex/Cole
  12. If that were true, we'll never sign a world-class player again (unless it's a GK or defender).
  13. You're right, we lack technique in our side. Too many power players and runners.
  14. By far. And you're absolutely right about the rest. I just hope this is the start of a winning streak because we really can't afford anything else at this point.
  15. It shows he doesn't wants to get fired .
  16. Nooo, the coach can't go down that road again (!). Play the available CB at CB.
  17. Essien really proved my (and The Big Drog's) point today. With him at DM, you have all-round defensive stability you need in a DM in when playing a midfield-three and he also offers us something in attack as a bonus. I hope CA realises this. I have nothing against John but i'm thinking about what's best for Chelsea Football Club here.
  18. And CA, never play Ramires in a different role again. This is the role he had at Benfica, this role is his home.
  19. This can't go on any longer. Something needs to change, now!
