Had Mikel and Ferreira not been extremely solid Everton would have had a dozen chances. They move the ball much quicker than us.

I can only think of Arsenal selling Henry to Barcelona as a similar case but I don't think we have the balls to do something as bold.In a nutshel, clubs just do not just sell players who have started 23/26 league games.

He's created a pretty interesting anomaly in our squad. First of all, as killamanjaro said some time ago we must be the only club with a central defender who is faster than its right back. Likewise I can't think of many clubs that have a defender who's more composed on the ball than probably all our midfielders.

Not playing blame games. I'm saying their form was reason enough to pick Sturridge.
