I think he took part in one of the press conferences ahead of the Spartak games and his English was actually decent. It looks mostly football related to me.

I've always had the feeling he didn't "click" with the rest of the team, its like the chemistry is missing. Even tonight you could see Ashely Cole ignoring him despite Zhirkov having a good position and later on he went on by himself despite Drogba literally asking for the ball. I've always believed in his talent and he was quite good last year but it's like his not playing for the team and the team isn't playing for him.

Agreed but I don't see all those who preach stability making a big deal of our Football Director resigning and our European scouting department being scraped in the space of 24 months. Instead somehow losing an assistant coach has become more important than losing a Football Director.

I doubt Ranieri's sacking will any effect on Ancelotti's Chelsea future. Unless anyone believes he is going to resign it just isn't his decision.
