  1. At the press conference Mikel will stand behind him, whispering from the shadows "Memento Mori."
  2. Another one we could've targeted. Shame. Someone told me not too long ago that Umtiti was more or less on the same level as Rudiger. Sure mate.
  3. Jokes aside, maybe it's not exactly the fixer for our problems in midfield (I'm still convinced Nainggolan would be absolutely perfect, and still not entirely convinced of Joao's status as a pure b2b) But if there's no other alternatives, I would take him 10 times out of 10 over Witsel. Him, Matic, Kante, wouldn't be all that bad, afterall.
  4. I agree with kellzfresh; stop playing around with average Joaos
  5. Guess we might be trying to lowball that release clause.
  6. Ahahah did his dog poop ins his boots or something? He looks so sad Poor Gary
  7. I like the away more than I like the home one. Less of a pyjama.
  8. Now the Euro is over, I'm ready for the new season Go Antonio! Show these slackers how it's done!
  9. Thank you. It just says "Unforgettable moment with my brother (fratemo is in Napoli's dialect)" And they're at Dimaro for preseason. Nothing to suggest he's leaving. Move along.
  10. Well if someone will be so kind as to post it I'll translate it. Too lazy to look on my own.
  11. Concerning that, does anyone know when Antonio's first press conference is going to take place?
  12. Well, I didn't say he's a shit manager, but not the genius most believe he is. I'd take any of those I mentioned before over him 10 times out of 10.
  13. Oy! Yeah well, that's nothing compared to the (irrational) shovels of shit people try to throw over José nowadays, you being one of them (seeing how you seem to mention him in your every post) Considering he is Chelsea's most successful manager (yadda yadda.) If Baldiol...Cuntiol.....? Guardiola? Will ever manage us I will begrudgingly shut my mouth about him. For now he's Citeh's manager, and not as good as someone like Klopp, José, Simeone in my books to show him respect as far as football is concerned.
  14. http://weaintgotnohistory.sbnation.com/2016/7/8/12128166/chelsea-fc-cesc-fabregas-antonio-conte-rumour-report !!!!!!!!!!!!! Please be true! Please be true! Hot potato on the bench Goodbye retinal damage.
  15. So much crying for a transfer that's, more likely than not, not going to happen for both us and City. I will be very, very surprised if Bonucci leaves, and especially for Citeh of all places. Imagine that.
  16. I'd be far happier spending 100 mil on a CM or CB than two strikers, to be honest. Hopefully we won't neglect those areas.
  17. Fabregas is like a hot potato in these lineups.
  18. Exactly, midfield and defence are the two most important areas, which is why I'm constantly banging on about getting those CB-CM-FB all the time. Tbf, we were one correct sub away from the semis De Rossi instead of Zaza or Pellé. We needed a clairvoyant in that moment, not a manager.
  19. We can buy Messi and send him to Siberia. Ol' good Russian justice.
  20. United was back on the map the moment they had José signing as their manager.
  21. Problem is, up to now we have a bunch of individuals. The worst we've ever had. Hope this can change though.
  22. I'm not so sure Joao Mario is what Conte is looking for, Carvalho definitely not, he's a dm, he can't exactly do what a real b2b would be able to do (although I would love to sign him, I'm a fan). I myself suggested Kante as a b2b, even though I think he'd be more suited to be the dm, and that is already stretching it, but if that is the path we have to follow, then so be it; Gueye could be a good shout, but then take Kante and slap it as b2b, think he could give us more quality. Yes Azpi goes nowhere, I agree. Iva as a cover, I agree. Baba? Meh, it's either him or Kenedy as a backup LB, I'd prefer Kenedy. We need a proper starter either on the left or the right.
  23. I say, bring on that United team to the Bridge, with all due respect, José will have to earn with hard work those 3 points and after the match a round of applause for both Antonio and him. (Really hope our players are up to the challenge though.) The fee is excessive, but this is today's market, either all English clubs should refuse to pay exorbitant sums, or we'll have to follow suit and adapt ourselves to remain competitive. Sadly I think the latter will have to take place.
  24. A little worrying if we're spending so much on strikers, and our first two signings are going to be strikers. Where are those CM, CB, FB.
