He signed a lot of shit players, made a terrible hire in Henry and created strenuous environment for Jardim. I think it is quite condemning that Monaco rehired Jardim and fired Emenalo, a move that definitely signal how terribly he did and an attempt to wash themselves from Emenalo moves. That is what accountability looks like, but at Chelsea they escape from it only managers feel the wrath.
-
Recall the same people defending Emenalo, didn't take Monaco long enough to realize what a grave mistake they made. Emenalo turned one of the most exciting teams in Europe into a team that is fighting for survival in Ligue 1. Emenalo and Marina are simply not competent enough to survive at a top club.

Griezmann is a finisher similar to Salah, i think he is suited to Sarriball nicely. He has great off the ball movement, quick, work rate, release the ball quickly, very good technically. He would be immense on the left hand side.

I just cannot agree with that, and many who have watched and are more familiar with Isco and James would disagree with you. James is in the same tier as Mata and Ozil. On the other hand Isco will never be known for his work rate and tactical awareness. But at least he is not as limited as James by his speed and stamina. I think he is doable. For Isco is more about buying in, and i believe Sarri can do that. James on the other hand not only needs to buy in, but he is limited physically. I think James is better suited to Serie A, Juve can be a great spot for them. Isco on the other hand is more suited to EPL. Plus Isco dribbling and close control would be greatly needed to replace the void left behind by Hazard.
-
Most would characterize James as a luxury player and less intelligent tactically between the two. Isco is a proper midfielder with a better work rate. Biggest reason why Zidane didn't rate James was due to his tactical intelligence and work rate. Between the two i would take Isco, especially in midfield. I still rate James though.

Smh overreaction over nothing here. He gets asked the question about his future wherever he goes, Hazard recent comments is as little as you could say and basically saying nothing.

Hard to draw any conclusion on this game, Huddersfield is quite bad and they are on pace to be arguably one of the worst PL sides ever. But it was a good game to get players confidence up, we will see if we have indeed turned the corner in the next couple fixtures. I think based on attributes i think Christensen should start alongside one of Luiz or Rudigar feel those two tend to be super aggressive, Christensen can bring balance. Feel we finally have a decent striker in Higuain, refreshing to see a player that demands the ball and looks to score goals.

There is no way that is true, that is far from Real Madrid current model.
-
You really believe we got smashed 4 nil because Emerson started?
-
The lineup definitely tells me he is feeling the pressure. Alonso, Willian, and Barkley are all players he has invested a lot in so when back against the wall he is going to the players he has put a lot trust in.
-
The biggest argument for Sarri is he doesn’t have the players to play his style, but my concern is if he has the authority to make hard decisions on this squad. If he is going to be successful playing his style, then big changes are necessary. Worst outcome would be to persist with the same players, and try to force them into his style. I currently see him doing the latter.

I can see it, in the summer we will sell Hazard and CHO while Willian gets a contract extension.
-
That amount of space Azpi and Pedro have is ridiculous, shame we can't exploit that.
-
I so badly want to see Emerson-RLC-Hazard on the same side.
-
Kinda would like to see AC over Rudiger; give Rud a rest and he has played sloppy in recent games.
-
I really dislike this line of thinking, that CHO has gotten decent amount of minutes at his age. Clearly CHO is not your ordinary 18 year old, it is not ordinary for one of the biggest club in the world to bid 40m for a player with very little senior experience. He is a special player, he has only played 61 minutes in PL action that is very little.
-
I think RLC has done fine this season his issues remain to be injuries, like Zola said: "It's a pity because it's the story of this player. He gets to a very high point and then he has problems and has to start again. "I feel for him, but pleased to see him back and he did well when he came on."
-
If we are going to sell him, we should sell him at no less than we bought Pulisic.
-
At this point you already to know what you have in Willian which is not much, brilliant goal once in a full moon he is capable of that. Btw is this Willian first multi goal game at Chelsea?
-
Kovacic looks pretty natural in that deep role.
-
It is really difficult to know out there if Alonso is sprinting or jogging.
-
I think he is fine as we saw on many occasions especially against Spuds. He is no Luiz, but he is a better defender. Lots of missing pieces may make him look out of place.

Miss Emerson and Zappa running and energy.
