Feel Tchouameni is a huge downgrade from Jorginho.

One of my favorite Mount performance this season was against spurs when he was a #8, he absolutely tore spurs apart with his movement. Would love to see more of that next season.

Tuchel doesn’t have a successful track record of signing players. With Lukaku 0/1 at Chelsea. Anyway he is going to get opportunity to make big changes to the squad, players contracts are running out and some players are just not playing at Chelsea quality. if Alonso and Azpi are here next season playing a lot of football that is on Tuchel, because they should be out of the door if he can’t convince the club that is his fault. I don’t even know what Tuchel type of players are, outside of CBs he is not getting the best out of anyone at Chelsea.

The team Tuchel inherited is much more talented and pricy. Am I advocating to sack Tuchel? No, I just think I have my doubts if Tuchel can take us to City and Pool level. Klopp built Dortmund and had a track record of building team, Tuchel doesn’t have that.

No doubt Tuchel had some solid results against those teams, but H2H only prove unique advantages. Over 38 games we see the team quality as a whole. Pep and Klopp showed improvement every year, with Tuchel it is the opposite We were better in his first couple of months than we are now. I don’t see Tuchel in the same realm as Pep and Klopp, I see those guys as visionary and club builders. Tuchel is more like Carlo, game day manager driven and focused.

Why do we have to move away from Jorginho and Kante to play 4-3-3? Jorginho has played in that formation for the vast majority of his career. At this stage of their career they would benefit from that move, I am a huge fan of 4-3-3, it is no coincidence that Barca dominated football with the same formation, Madrid dominance began when they played with 3 midfielders, and currently City and Pool are dominating the league with the same formation.

You guys have a way of going overboard of worshiping managers, i am lukewarm on Tuchel. I think he is solid enough to get us top 4, but I have not seen anything to suggest he can get us to compete against City and Pool in the league.

Tuchel is doing wonders with CB because Tuchel is playing with a back 5 and 2 defensive midfielders in front of them. It really is that simple, on other hand our attack would benefit with more attacking players on the pitch. We are not competing against Pool and City over a 38 games season if we don’t change that.

Being 20 points out of first place is not good enough, next season will tell us a lot about him.

Vardy is 35 is one of the top scorer in the league despite only starting 18 games due to injuries. Lewa would score for fun in the league.

Why sell Jorginho?

Wirtz is not a speedster like Chiesa, I would 100% gamble on him. He will be fine.

People made the same statement regarding Luke Shaw and John Stones, Rice is a solid player. Playing in a two man midfield is tough, if Tuchel tries to plug him in for Jorginho or Kante he would be extremely exposed. I don’t think Jorginho or Kante needs to be phased out, they need help. By playing 3 man midfield and no none of that 3-5-2 nonsense that makes the team more unbalanced.
