The day of Pat Nevin running through their defence and their fans running inside and outside the ground. White cap sleeve t shirts with 10 Embassy Regal sticking out your Geordie uniform ha ha
-
Sounds about right but going back to your former club rarely works. It's more or less a lifetime ago but when Osgood came back it was painful to watch.
-
Think that ship has sailed where Mata is concerned. Great player and is a top bloke as well but I think we should look elsewhere. We sold him for 37 million quid what would United accept for him ?
-
I remember Maine Road in 89 we all started singing you can stick your fucking narna's up your arse and they more or less died out after that. Honestly believe that we started that sort of thing off with Celery. But a grown man going to football with an inflatable banana fuck that it's Timmy Mallet F.B.
-
Completely random point but I was watching a game from 99 and forgot about the fashion for having that nasal strip as beloved by the likes of Robbie Fowler. I presumed he wore it because of his charlie habit the ratty little Scouse prick. Were they banned or just a fad that died out ?.

The BBC have been hyping the F.A. cup because they have fuck all live sport these days save for the Olympics etc. But I wish everyone would stop banging on about the F.A. cup's tradition when we are subjected to a Xfactor singer who misses her cue, Tinie Tempah singing a shit song dressed in tinfoil and so much ticker tape going off you couldn't see the United team lifting the trophy. If you want tradition have Abide with Me played over the P. A system and a band playing God Save The Queen instead of this third rate Super Bowl shit we got yesterday.

One thing about Mourinho's appointment is it might take off the rose tinted glasses that some Chelsea fans have where he's concerned. Does anyone for one second believe that in his first press conference he will say '' This will be a transitional season'' or make crass analogies with the little horse bollocks. No is the answer even though the squad he inherited in 2013 with us was a far better and experienced squad then Man United's is now. Mourinho does what he does best and that is self serving and massaging is own ego. The media will not give him such an easy ride this time now he's managing United who are the English media's darlings.
-
Not worried in the slightest about him joining Man United he's yesterdays man. Don't think he'll be there long he's a divisive figure who will polarize opinion as soon as he walks through the door. If they have a bad start the crowd will get on his back and they will hound him out.
-
Just hope Roy Hodgson has the bollocks to drop Wayne Rooney he's neither fish nor fowl. He can't play as a forward but he's not good enough to play a No 10 role his long passing is awful and if Vardy starts he'll see precious little of the ball from Rooney. Of course the pundits will say he played well but there a clique who would never slag each other off in case they meet at the golf club.

Leicester ?

Those two bellends Mark Lawrenson and Alan Green on 5live both nearly in tears over their beloved Liverpool. Alan Green is massively biased towards Liverpool and it really comes to the fore on nights like this.
-
Liverpool's defence is creakier then ours just all over the place. Where the fuck did that 45 minutes come from ?. Sevilla were rancid in the first half and outstanding in the second.
-
Agreed. It's already started when we won the Europa League it was seen as a shit consolation prize. But as far as the media are concerned it's another page in the glorious nights in Liverpool's European history. Wasn't great for 39 Juventus fans in 1985 but of course for all Scousers and the Scouse loving media they seem to have all got selective amnesia.

The Genesis of Batman.

That's exactly why our fourth mass confrontation since 2014. We are funding those bent bastards at the F.A.They most rub their hands every time lets put it into perspective there's a bit of pushing and shoving involving Chelsea.
-
Tottenham 2-0 up against us full of optimism and bravado giving it the Billy Big Bollocks. Roll on a couple of weeks and they've just lost 5-1 to a relegated team with 10 men and have finished behind Arsenal ha fucking ha. Really think this hangover could continue into the new season it's quite a psychological blow.
-
Couldn't give a flying fuck about this mate.
-
That's the first time I've ever seen someone sleepwalk through 90 minutes. Take a bow Willian our player of the year God help us.
-
This is an emotive subject but the old adage that '' No one is bigger then the club''. From what I'm seeing John Terry believes he is.
-
And trying their best to airbrush Heysel out of history it never gets mentioned at all. The chairman blamed Chelsea fans and Bates who was forever slagging off our fans said fuck all which shows the contempt he had for us. As for justice well looking at this Juventus fans and their families never got any. http://www.theanfieldwrap.com/2013/05/what-about-justice-for-heysel/

Another Watford manager it really is a revolving door at that club. When we get so much stick about the amount of managers we've had when will the media and other clubs fans realise it's not unique to Chelsea and happens at all levels of football. Go to Wikipedia and look at how many managers Notts County have had since 2004.

And Lloris. Courtois is not as good as any of them. That is a typo isn't it Never ?.

The boozers are shutting down at an alarming rate around and near the ground even Brogans has shut had some great times in there when it was The Swan. To be honest since they built the Overground it's much easier for me and my mates to get to the ground so we usually drink round our own manor. The Goose in the North End Road is okay about 10 minutes from the ground. There's a Wetherspoons in Fulham Broadway station but I've never been there on match day.
-
Well they do say never come back and we've had two returnees Mourinho and Hiddink and well it wasn't a massive success on either count. Both have ruined their legacy to a degree I'm not going to go into Mourinho think that's been covered. But Hiddink well just done the basics and has appeared to be coasting. Just wish he had taken the odd risk here and there but the Everton cup game was a toothless performance in the one competition we could have won. Anyway onwards and upwards and I'm looking forward to Conte coming in.
