Kept us in the league
-
They play better these days, but over the last weeks they have regressed quite a lot, media likes them, some English lads making the country happy and so on, but let's see where they are going to be next season. Dortmund fucked them badly, yes, genius Poch rested some of them, but it shows that the squad isn't that good. But i agree with you some of the young lads are very exciting to watch.

Lewy denied Modric the switch for about 50 mil so a few years later i don't think they would sell us their star player. With Chelsea, it's a different story, maybe Real could get Kane for 75 mil.

Carroll running riot, simply brilliant... Gesendet von meinem SM-G930F mit Tapatalk

Good news indeed! Media reported Jose wanted him gone, but now we're experiencing different times. 75 mio. seems like a lot of cash but in today's market, is it worth to replace him with someone like Cavani, Higuain or Lukaku? Don't think so and the likes of Lewandowski, Suarez and Benzema aren't available. Gesendet von meinem SM-G930F mit Tapatalk

He played exceptionally well against the likes of United and Real, but in the Bundesliga he has been quite underwhelming so far. The guy is 22 and has about 30 CL matches, some years ago Wenger wanted him to turn him into a striker. What i really like about Draxler is his directness and eye for a pass. We could buy worse, but i prefer steel in midfield and defence. Willian, Hazard, Pedro, Kenedy and Musonda isn't bad, big gamble concerning Hazard but otherwise so far so good.

Scouse doing them, haha. Should have been 2:0. Reus has been poor so far... Gesendet von meinem SM-G930F mit Tapatalk

City's other so called big men have regressed, Silva, Aguero and so on are at least a class below this season. Maybe too many injuries. De Bruyne ran the show for City, fits right in, but don't get carried away, there are a lot more games coming up, we'll find out whether the ~75 mio. player can do it consistently. But kudos to De Bruyne, one could say that the transfer so far has been a success story. In my view Di Maria is the real deal, another world class performance, boy he's that good, unbelievable!

Winning the EL next season would guarantee participating in the CL. Sounds not too bad, we shouldn't throw away easily such opportunities, imo. [emoji4]

Barca vs. Atleti was a great game. Boy that Carrasco is one fine player. I don't think the referee particularly favored one side, too many cards but apart from being inconsistent, nothing to see, imo. 1:0 for Atletico seems still doable, hope they'll get the job done!

Still a hero, got his goal!

Di Matteo fucked up in the UCL in the second season, maybe the most important competition for big Rom. In my view that shows how quickly game over can become a reality for the Chelsea manager. The same applies for Avb and second place wasn't good enough for Ancelotti to keep his job. Mourinho got away with a trophyless season, but that's Mou. I think Rom is still ruthless, but these days you have to do it with less money, Chelsea job has become one of the most difficult around. Anyway, Conte seems to be up for it, he doesn't take shit from anyone, will be interesting to watch from distance.
-
You never know: Roman law. Winning nothing in two consecutive seasons is a massive underachievement for this club, don't think Roman would tolerate it. Conte is a winner, he will do everything in his power to make it happen, so we'll see, maybe this time he could get away with it, we'll find out soon enough!
-
Good luck, Conte, you're gonna need it, win a trophy or next year you're out of the job, imo. It's going to be very interesting to see how the cry babies will respond to the 'Italian Mourinho', we're in for a ride.
-
73 mio. should be enough to get Dybala these days, but the boy would be new to the league, so there's still a risk that he might flop here. I don't see why we should do it, except if Costa wants out. But i don't see it!
-
What good is the money for when there isn't a better option available? Why take the risk when we don't have to?
-
Yes yes fucking yes! What a win, Leicester getting the results, 1:0 is all what matters. Morgan has been brilliant, real leader, best centre back in the EPL so far, imo.
-
Fuckin' yes!
-
Why? Ballack is a different type of player, imo. That boy could shoot, oh my good!
-
World class strike, absolutely phenomenal, how can you be that good? Just unfair... [emoji4]
-
The thread seems quiet, wonder why..?
-
It depends who is available and in the right mood. [emoji4] Your midfield could be a force to be reckoned with: Verratti, Marchisio, De Rossi, Motta and so on could be all over the place and dictacte the play. But they have to be up for it, i'm under the impression Verratti is better for PSG, but we'll soon find out. Especially the attacking department, unsure about Pelle and what about guys like El Shaarawy... Had a very good season once but unable to make the next step. Maybe with some luck out the draw either of us can teach the cocky Belgium squad a tough lesson in the knockout stages. Don't think they have the right to claim the number one spot. Regards!

I appreciate your tone, it's always been refreshing and a pleasure. No, not sucking up to a mod, lolz. Anyway, one has to really wonder why the last two coaches give jack shit about most of the younger guys. Musonda is doing alright in Spain so far, so are Aké and Christensen. Bring the boys home, also put Traoré, Kenedy and Loftus-Cheek in the mix and enjoy the cocktail. The best players at the moment have to play, yes, sometimes it's getting a bit controversial, but overall there has to be some sort of guideline. Especially at the beginning of the season. I was watching the pre season games, maybe this time we won't get rid of the best or better players like Moses, Boga and so on. Opening a new door is always exciting, at the end of the day either of us is in for a (massive) shock, but i can see some light at the end of tunnel. It could be brighter, because bringing in some new guys could be difficult but when we start using what we've already got, we could be in for an exciting journey, just like 2004. A new good coach can change a lot, Leicester did it, West Ham too, the chance is there for the taking...

Why? Barca have their three amigos and 'fillers' like Turan or Iniesta. [emoji4] Real prefer Galacticos, they have to be expensive, only speaking of their attacking department. Maybe Perez will be after Musonda one day, but only when he's done something special. I think Musonda wants to play as much as possible, therefore he's currently a happy boy. There's still room for Musonda at Chelsea, only Willian should be a nailed on starter, imo. It's not easy to say no to London, Paris is up there but Munich would be downsizing for a young multi-millionaire. If i were him, i would come back, seriously speaking. Belgium-squad is still here.
