We have bought players I agree AT THE TIME lacking hindsight there was some reasons to think players like Baks and waterboy MAY have worked. Baks was on form and they THOUGHT the Leicester relationship with the Wee Baldy Man was a good one. It proved not to be. All players are a gamble to some extent nut we have had more than our fair share of bad ones.

Players come and go. We just get attached to some. The only things I'm pissed about this is how the board have let this happen. This ain't some new thing he has just started to say. More likely to get closer to £50mill than the £200 we could have gotten a year or so ago. And some peeps stick up for our board. IF he stays then to be honest that will piss me off as well some. The turmoil,doubt,upheaval he has caused thru all his tactics could have been sorted far earlier than this if he had helped the club out and signed a new cotract with some clause in stating some buy price price for him to RM only that was acceptable to both him and us. Say £130mill or so. But hes probably loving the attention and being in the limelight.

Well if we can't improve on the amount of deadwood and players sent out on loan then it's time we gave up mate. If we had sold some players when we had the chance like Willian and the ones we all want gone that makes no sense us keeping would go towards upgrading the team. Theres been chances for us to sign players when we (the board) wouldn't go that step further to get them. Thinking they were saving the club money. When it was really just weakening the team. And losing us money in the long run. Yes the mistakes we all know but they keep making them. We have a very poorly organized transfer system and not having a proper DOF is hurting us.

Been reminiscing and looking at real early old Chelsea games/picures and its amazing just how much the supporters have changed. Not just the people but the Chelsea area in general. The same and totally different now than it was then at the same time.. The houses might look similar on the outside to a degree but everything else from the cars,the insides of them, to the class of peeps living there. Chelsea supporters have just got to travel further now I suppose. Love these old pictures from 67 and 1970 down Slaidburn Street . And with crowds of 100k at Wembley. 63k at Old Trafford.it's often ranked up there with the best Cup Finals ever. I like the guy a lot but we cant really be putting Mat K in that class of player bracket. Of course I woyuld take either Asensio/Isco but the gamble is for every player we buy. Tho I hear you. I'm sure that we could all give our preferences for players we want to come in but its down to our amazing board and they don't think like Chelsea supporters all the time.
