I've never been one to give a toss about the media. I've known from a early age how they operate Ive also never been paranoid but we are one of the only clubs the media takes pleasure in knocking whether we are shit hot or just plain shit. Theres many things (underdogs) that the media get behind and push them to be great. But you can't be too great cause then they will take great pleasure in knocking the fuck out of you. I would much rather have the terrible gits hate us right from the start cause that way we know where we stand! No one likes us - we don't care!

How about if you was doing the 2 jobs,2;4 kids,mortgage up to your eyeballs,big gas guzzler in the garage. And you became ill. You couldn't work. You couldn't afford insurance. You was going to lose your house to the bank as you cant goto work OR you had been made redundant or something? You have no savings as you was on minimal wage. No family to ask for help. What do you do then? Have your kids go into care? Then go live in the car? Shit happens. We might TRY our best to plan for the future but Ive found that lifes a bitch at times and all good intentions mean nothing!

Sorry to but in as I'm enjoying your chat. But so you are OK about your taxes going towards the copt,military,roads - that you consume. But don't you get sick? What happens if you cant afford your or a loved ones treatment in hospital? How about if you cant afford to send your child to school or college? Its not just everyone else you are paying these taxes to help. Its to your benefit too. We in the UK might moan about our Social security system and how newcommers to the country get their benifits too easily (yes in some cases peeps come here and do take the piss to get free housing,meds etc) but the option would be that many would go sick and homeless other wise.

Buddy this is the only thing I've got against the bloke too! I know we should have expected very little rotation after all the articles we read about him before he came but I would have expected he would have kicked a couple of them square in the gonads and played their back ups. Or at least for some of some games. I'm still with him system wise but I do find myself banging me head against the wall at some selections. It makes me wonder just how bad the backups are in training? Cause even me would play the best team that I had at my disposal.

WTF?? He is mostly only here in body and his head and heart is here when Eden wants them to be here sadly. I'm not saying anything about him wanting to leave 2 years ago, he did -- I know it was the boards fault for not capitalizing on his value back then. Our board has a lot to answer for. But I do also realize that Edens value to us is not a black and white answer.He is of value to us in more ways than purely playing. And it is those values that make me want Eden to stay. And I think our players would eat him alive. But the 1 good thing hes loved by all at the club so Roman and board would have his back f he was to bollck some and bench them.
