So I was bang on with what I said in the Oscar forum then... yet I was slapped down for it as if Koke was gospel.

UK VPN would work. It's on ITV.
-
Premier League loan and he'll be ready.
-
Lol that wouldn't even be a foul in the Prem.
-
Mmm could you find out about the RFU's willingness to let us use it too? Cheers m8

Any word on the level of expansion? Rail seating, +10,000 (eg) more seats?

Have a chat with the lad?

To be fair, the link up play he did with Hazard which lead to the goal, a) ramires would have been nowhere near such a position (no vision, is more defensive) and doesn't have the ability on the ball to perform such tight manouvres. He's vital to our style of play, although nobody quite realises it yet. He's inconsistent, yes, and switches off before the season ends, but he's 23. These things rectify. And he gets no summer break until 2020 until something ridiculous like that, such are the demands of Brazil's engagements. I think we need to be patient. Bringing in Koke, while a marginally better player, would be dumb. We'll be sitting here in a year's time having the same dilemmas while Oscar thrives at his new club and becomes the new KDB.

Could be sharing the box to box with RLC. Ahh, a fan can dream. I'm not being misunderstood but he can hold as well right? Perfect backup if so.
-
Oh and to those questioning tactics vs QPR: Would you consider it wise to fight fire with fire when our 2 best midfielders are one the verge of a 2 match ban for the 2 biggest fixtures in our calendar? Especially when we were going to get muscled out of the game regardless. On such a narrow pitch too, we were rendered ineffective. We didn't even have any of our strikers fit except 38 y/o DD. I think we did well considering the circumstances, and now we're set up to win the next 2, which we CAN do.
-
Well, we could be like City and still attempt to play our normal game and get hammered like they did last week even when we're not on the ball or we can play the waiting game and win. We're at home, I can't remember the last game we parked the bus at home. Must have been PSG, because in the rest of our home games we've played expansive football and I expect mostly the same in this match, just with a heavier midfield. Wouldn't be surprised if we fielded 4-5-1 tbh. Expect Solanke on the bench if Remy is not fit.
-
How would you set up then? You can still play good football with or without Zouma in the team. If anything with him nullifying Fellaini he might give us more freedom in midfield to pass and create.
-
Oh yeah, it's just a shame LVG actually realised he was good...we could have got him so cheap
-
Sure, why not? Lol at the emoji though
-
Changed my mind again, lol. Courtois/Butland Azpi/Iva Zouma/Kalas Terry/Varane Luis/Azpi 3rd choice Ake (RB 3rd = Kalas) For the biggest games, Terry - Varane used Matic/Schweinsteiger RLC/MvG 3rd choice CM = Colkett, 3rd choice DM Ake. Cesc/Oscar/Willian Willian/Oscar Diego/Remy Hazard/Remy 3rd choice FW = Fabregas NB: Yes, Oscar can be a playmaker. He does it for Brazil, I don't see why he can't do it for us.
-
Would prefer Mata on the wing over ADM tbh... Although now LVG has realised he's actually good we wouldn't be able to get him for a bargain price anymore.
-
Ramires is not a B2B, and as seen vs QPR once Oscar replaced him, he completely debalances the midfield. I know Jose won't like it but maybe he just needs to trust RLC.
-
Which is why we should put Dave on the right. Geezer would nullify better.
-
Finally people begin to believe... Considering RLC is staying, would he be better replacing Ramires?
-
Think you're reading into it a little too much... Who knows? Next season he might keep his word and we field 2 in the XI and 3 more on the bench. Or he signs Dyabla and Pogba and ends their careers.
-
Pretty sure Izzy would prefer 90 in the Youth League final over a 5 minute cameo and then being considered too knackered to play the next day
-
They're getting closer. Youth is making more bench appearances than ever this year. Soon some will complete the jump. This is our golden generation.
-
It'd be great to get above 90 points, just for the status. But on the other hand, I'd prefer to see some youth play.

Surely it's better, though, than Drogba for 90 mins. Solanke/Brown could easily share 3rd choice with him until the end of the season.
