And who will be defensive mid.?
-
We did, yes, we have a lot of connections. I will so we will see. We have actually good number of members going, it was 30 people at last Villa game. And that's huge for Croatia. But you know, it can always be better.

Not so new, but here it goes. First things first... After a year of reading and posting, I think you have great forums here. Everything is visually clear, discussions are on good level. Firstly registered last year, but didn't have much time then. One of my goals here was to get in contact with English fans from London. You see, I'm CEO (vice-president) and co-founder of Chelsea Croatia Supporters Club. You probably never heard of us, but we are doing a great job here in Croatia, attending some games, organizing gatherings etc. So far we are silver tier stats club. You can visit our web page and facebook page to see our work. Attending games are really sometimes hard for us - Chelsea FC is not so "friendly" with tickets, let's say. I think that is connected with small capacity stadium so... Hoping for better times. Getting hotel could be hard and expensive as well, too. So, maybe you know some possibilities and have some advices for me and my crew. Hoping for more good times at this forum, cheers! Here is our permanent banner:

Sacking Mourinho could prove to be a good thing, even to some hardcore Mou admirers who didn't want him gone. To me too, as I was skeptical about his sacking. What's done is done, no need to analyze rights or wrongs anymore. Future is coming. Appointing Hiddink as interim is IMO great first step. Giving him freedom and instructions to make changes, play some youth and neglected players as rumored. Maybe even giving some money to buy in January. He'll make things a lot easier to a new manager when he's gone. We will see what second step will bring us or in other words, what will happen in summer. It was really heartbreaking last couple of weeks, but things could stabilize now. So far so good.

First of all, let's give Rahman a run of games. He certainly deserves more chance at LB than Kenedy, because that's his only postion and he is somewhat proven there. If he fails, then go for Kenedy, he will get his chances upfront to play anyway. Azpi to RB is no-brainer. He need games there to restore attacking ability of crossing and dribbling.

Yeah, may be. I just want club to find a role for Drogba which wouldn't depend on coach. You know, so he can stay whatever happens with our managers.
-
He is always in some goal-scoring chance. Always close to scoring. Good link-up with others. Great energy. We should stick with him.
-
He could have his role as "striker coach" (or whatever it's called), why not? He don't have to be manager assistant.
-
Brotha from anotha motha. It all makes sense now.
-
Can someone explain me... Hiddink want Drogba here, right? And Hiddink is at Chelsea until summer, right? Ergo, he wants him at Chelsea NOW. And what happens if, hypothetically, Drogba comes in January, as an assistant. And then Hiddink leaves in summer - new manager comes and wants his own assistants. Drogba leaves? AGAIN? If that's the case - don't bring him at all.
-
Whatever happens... We need to STOP relying on managers to do miracles for our squad and build our own identity, not depending so much on manager we have. Buy sort of players for a football you want to play, and bring manager who you think can work out with those players. With that attitude you can change managers every two years, and it would be all good, just target those who are proven with a type of play you wanna play. If we bring Simeone and stick with this players, it's no good. If we bring Guardiola and stick with this players, it's even worse. This squad is suited for some a little bit attacking play manager. Not Simeone who is all warrior-defensive, not Guardiola who said himself that we need 10 new players (to play attacking), right? Don't know what will happen, but I know that we must build our own play by buying right type of players. The worst thing is, with no playing identity... When you are in position like that and you sack manager - you are completely lost. Just like we are now.
-
Maybe, by calling Hiddink. Not publicly.
-
He is our icon. And that's why it hurts so bad that we can't be together. Love story, my friend. After Lampard to City, Čech to Arsenal, it felt so great to have one legend at our side. And now... Maybe I'm too sentimental, but fuck it. Mourinho and Chelsea are like that couple that love each other so much, but just can't work it out and last.
-
With or without you, with or without you... I can't live with or without you.
-
No, I don't think so. Not brilliant, but not bad, also. AND, he is here only for half a season. Not yet.
-
Oscar and either Costa or Fabregas, maybe both. Mikel, Falcao. Say goodbye to Ivanović when contract expires, or if he says that he wants to leave - sell.
-
Agree, that too, but I think that things I wrote are more important.
-
Problem is that Mourinho always strives for "perfection". As it is in his eyes, and we all know what's it like. Problem is - when that his "perfection" doesn't go well, it's a total disaster, like a house of cards. He should aim for GOOD performance, not "perfect" we-have-enough-tall-players-for-everything-totally-balanced-squad-enough-creativity-and-defense-solidity performance. In other words - stop trying to make this squad better than it really is. Settle for less. It could be just enough.
-
I think we have mega-good connection with Juventus. They will want Cuadrado on permanent deal, and they were interested in Oscar. For 50 millions, let them have both. I would even take Marchisio in some swap deal.
-
Hardly disagree. I think he has got enough service (don't really care by who, Fabregas, full-backs or those three), and is his fault he never converted it. I remember A LOT of Hazards great low crosses with no one to tap it in at the end.
-
I was talking about those who regularly play in first XI.
-
No problems, mate. Haven't watched him a long time. So what are we waiting for then, SING HIM UP!
-
It can. To not qualify for UCL next season too.
-
For us? He is good enough not to get near relegation. Ergo - good enough, at the moment.
-
Imagine if Pogba deal really did went through. Fabregas would be glued to bench. EDIT: Transfers of Costa and Fabregas were good, actually. Not great, but good. Costa was promising in Atletico, can't blame him for wanting him here. Fabregas not so much in Barcelona, but he already played in Premier league and is proven player in league. I blame Fabregas and Costa for not being good as expected, not Mourinho for bringing them.
