  1. Seeing as though , United bought Depay for such a price, we'd blow the market away with a 30 million. EURO signing of Griezmann, imo.
  2. Give him time and he'll look like Alexis Sanchez, trust me. Nice coup for United with a bargain fee of 22 million pounds.
  3. Luis doesn't play, Courtouis was our own. I could care less. Bayern are playing widely with the Bundesliga, no one gives much of a damn. lol
  4. HG quota, both respectively good for the position they should occupy, reasonable fee, couple of news reports.
  5. Stones is better. I think there is intelligence in him. He knows when to move and how to move, due to not being that pacey.
  6. A 4 - 3 - 3 consisting of: Courtois/Cech; Azpi, Zouma, Terry, Luis, Matic , RLC, Fabregas, Hazard, Cuadrado, Remy Would be a dream, to be fair and I don't think it'd be that easy to beat.
  7. With only three loses for the whole season it is really a thing to remember. FUCKING HAVE THAT! CHAMPIONS, I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT!
  8. More of a 4 - 3 - 3(front three interchanging positions) Courtois Clyne - Cahill/Zouma - Terry/Zouma - Azpilicueta Matic - Fabregas Bale/Griezmann - Willian - Hazard Costa Other: Courtois Clyne/Coleman - Zouma - Terry - Azpi Matic - Fabregas - Koke/Isco Willian Hazard Costa Bench: Green, Brane,Cahill/Zouma,Ramires/RLC,Oscar, Cuadrado, Remy
  9. I think all the people will be surprised when we don't sign a CB. It is completely unneeded currently. Yes, Cahill dipped form, but we have Zouma. Terry will give us one more year and probably retire after that or atleast step down in game time and then we may buy a CB, but I doubt it would happen now. Add to that , the fact that Cahill is HG and we need him to fill the quota and we won't be selling any CB's either. Best bet would be to move Brane as an additional CB in the rotation picks for next season and buy a new RB.
  10. LMAO. Lamps is a legend. Anything else said is irrelevant.
  11. Personal expectations and best scene scenario would be for us to: Sign Rob Green for 2 million (and below); Nathaniel Clyne (20 - 25 mil.) ; Gareth Bale/Isco/Griezmann/Koke/Pogba (Given the fact that they are all world class players and can honestly take us one step further). And ofcourse: Sell Cech(sadly, with a heavy heart, this legend has to leave(10 - 15) mil.); Mikel(still think Ruben can do his job pretty easily); Profit from any loanees which their respective clubs want to keep and pay a good fee for them. Don't think we need any DRASTIC changes. Only on Brana's position. The other pointed out would be a position, which, with Mourinho's tactical mind in hand, will be picked, depending on the oppoisition and the approach to the match.
  12. To be fair, I haven't seen that quote anywhere. Cheers for telling me. Well then, I hope Remy is recovered. As much as I love Drogba to bits, I think Remy gives better link - up play and movement off the ball, something Drogba lacks given his age and easy stamina loss. I realise titles are not won solely with youth players, but for me these last three matches are where I want to see RLC play. Mainly because he has the physique and atleticism to actually make it, at a spot we need.
  13. Both times there was a huge rift between him and the players (RM), board (here). I doubt it'd be the same. There may be a dip in form or not the same dominance in the league, but I don't expect it to be drasticly big.
  14. At maximum we will see Zouma and Ruben. Which is okay. I hope Costa or Remy play this one.
  15. To be honest, we can't expect anything too big. I have friends from Inter and Milan, who all said that after the CL win, they didn't buy much, but gave most of their youth a chance and that really backfired. I'd personally prefer it if we gave only Ruben a chance, rather than that, maybe Boga or Traore(Work Permit given) to be a rotation option in a last resort. We need world class talent mixed with young players, and only on spots needed can we have the luxury of bringing in young talent.
  16. How does it have anything to do with the collision, when he was on the bench vs Leicester and even went to train in order to be ready to get in the game?
  17. As far as my Imagination goes, I much rather think he play as the secondary striker with a free role, meaning when counter attacking he is the main threat due to pace and good finishing(Hazard), but can also be a cretive focal. He is a shorter Thomas Muller, knows where to be, at the right time, and in a counter attacking team, would be immense with Hazard and Willian. 30 milion to get him and play something like: Costa Griezmann Hazard Willian Marking their duties(Willian's defensive contribution and Hazard's picking the ball at the centre of the field and driving forward). I don't know if it's just me jumping the bandwagon, but Jose has never been regarded for posesion football, so we are either going to look into work-ethic(Koke/Isco) or sharpeness(Griezmann/ Sterling). Which isn't bad. Personally, I think, with the price given, Griezmann should be considered, RATHER than Sterling. We can fill the HG quota with a RB that is English(Clyne or Coleman) and Rob Green which would raise our tally.
  18. That doesn't mean his finishing is good. I can count so many one-on-one with the GK chances, which he misses. That would mean good finishing. To be fair, Ramires's finishing is really poor, but he can sometimes explode with worldies.
  19. What is the point of your comment? I am talking about motivation, not criticizing what he did.
  20. The way, I BET, he lit a fire under everybody's ass that the league isn't settled yet and made them go out after half time. A manager. I am sorry, but I didn't see this in Ancelotti's second season, under Rafa(ofcourse), AVB, Scolari, Grant or whoever we can name. Hiddink managed to get them going, when thing weren't going. Mourinho. Say no more.
  21. Griezmann is awesome and for the price given, he is a major steal. I'd love to see him here. I don't see a reason why he can't take Oscar's place and switch with Hazard, playing as a 10 and a left Wing. Interchanging sides with Willian is also available for both of them(Hazard and Griez), that way we are a constant threat, because all of the three are superior in their own way and are either able to cut inside or keep the play as fast as they can. I'm just so glad that rumours are linking us to good world class players, who will definetly improve us for the upcoming season. Whether it is him/Koke/Pogba or Isco, I'd be all for'em.
  22. To be fair, Moh knows a lot about football. His hate towards Chelsea is understandable as Arsenal have been in our shadow after the Abramovich era. I don't pay much attention to gooner hate, personally. Pretty amusing to me.
  23. IF we sell Ramires and/or Mikel, signing him makes sense. Looking at it from a perspective. RLC/Ake, Ramires/Mikel and Oscar is a good bench, with 2 wingers and a striker. If we don't sell them, I don't see any reason, why we can't head into the new season with Ramires, Ruben and Oscar on the bench. It's not like he's the next big thing - Pogba, so we can sacrifice a young, talented player, who is head and shoulders above his siblings, for another, who has only gotten more game time. Don't get me wrong, signing him may turn out to be good, and if we sign him, I will trust Mourinho and the board, but I just don't believe there is a reason for us to waste a valuable 20 million, when Griezmann and Isco would improve us dramaticlly and cost 55 milion.(We can keep the budget for next season) I know RLC is a box - to - box mid, but he is still very capable of playing DM due to his physique and athleticism.
  24. Wasting a valuable 20 milion of our transfer budget for a player, who's job Ake or RLC can do too, sounds kind of...stupid, for me, that is.
