@TheBlues_Talk: A verbal agreement has reportedly been reached between Antoine Griezmann and Chelsea ahead of a summer transfer. #CFCUsual twitter.
-
Reports saying there has been a verbal agreement between him and us, regarding the transfer.
-
He didn't go hiding. Pogba was pretty shit too. Give him a good crowd that backs him like we backed Torres and his confidence will rocket. Wouldn't want him for 80 mil. though.
-
Same as the Torres fans. Putting a certain player above the club, at which Willian has managed to make himself big when most needed. Read my post in the Oscar thread.Stop spamming about Willian and Oscar, this is Griezmann's thread, really trust Kike Marin, hope it goes through.
-
So the Oscar fan boy moved on to the Griezmann thread, jog on with Oscar he'll probably come to say that it's Jose's third season, so that is why Oscar will be better, but we will be a side battling for relegation. Imagine this being already done like the Fabregas deal, and we are just gramping at straws from rumours.
-
He's coming as a back up. He has a blow here and there, but is overall good enough to be a 2nd choice goalkeeper. Plus he's homegrown. Overall, good buy.
-
Neither will Griezmann be a right winger.
-
I quoted this post, because I didn't want to go back. Funnily enough, I am sure that his clause is 26 mil. pounds, because of...you guessed it.. Football Manager. FM rarely gets it's shit wrong and has all the right clauses in Spanish teams, because it is the only fully licensed league alongside Seria A, the Championship and Ligue 1. A part from that, the same guy, Sergi Dominguez, broke out that Griezmann will sign for us, last summer. In the end, that turned out to be false. So, let's not believe everything. I am basing my belief solely on Kike Marin, who is known to be reputable. Imagine Hazard Willian and him interchanging positions, and while the two want the ball, Griezmann drawing space for Costa. I really hope for him, because he is a unique player, Muller-esque. If Mou utilises him, I know whose name will be on my next top.
-
His buyout clase is 26 million pounds. It is not 46. If I am not mistake his price is 33 million euros or 35?
-
Jorge Mendes is pushing through a move to Chelsea, apparently.
-
Whatever you say, I'd really want to see what exactly is a good debut for people as fickle as you. I'll agree to disagree.
-
The problem is he played that all players who you've put in there, a part from Busquets, were given freedom by their managers and are a lot more attack minded compared to what Ruben was tasked with. There are a lot of circumstances, as to why, these concrete people's debut were flashier. I am not saying Ruben had a worldie, I am saying he was great, for a 19 year old, who is coming out against a top 6 team in England.
-
Whoever said he is really poor hasn't watched him enough.
-
Most of us are really dissapointed with Oscar. So it should be. I think it's mainly down to the fact that: A - Oscar is incosistent. I remeber him running his heart out against Palace and after that I think Arsenal or Liverpool, only to be zero against United, despite being rested. One thing he needs to sort out is his consitency level. He needs to be able to maintain a high level of performances for at least, let's say 32 out of the 38 games in the year. And by high level, I don't mean him to be scoring hattricks for fun. I mean, for him to be a constant threat to the opposition, linking up well with his team mates and being the non stop workhouse that he is. (in his best days) B - He isn't that much of a creative focal. Yes, he racks up an asisst here and there, but overall his passing ability isn't great. I think vision wise he is poor. We have Cesc for that. When we had Mata he was able to pick a pass, lobing or between two players wasn't a problem for him. BUT, as I said, having Cesc means we may have a number 10, that is more about scoring goals, which he is, rather than assisting. Now, I know I have had a bit of a...reaction, when he had his poor run of form, especially with the home game vs Soton, where he dissapointed me,..a lot. Thing is, he has the potential to be WORLD CLASS. He really reminds of me Lampard(as crazy as it seems), in terms that he has good finishing ability, is able to shoot from range and is a workhorse like no other. I personally, being the Mourinho fan that I am, am all for him getting a chance, especially having the summer break now. BUT, there is one thing that needs to be worked on, CONSISTENCY. He may not be able to pass the ball between three players, but when he is playing at his best, he is a force to be reckenod with and I really want to see him succeed, mostly because I like players that aren't all flash, but get the job done. That being said, IF a good offer comes in, I bet he will be sold, especially with the likes of Griezmann, Isco, Sterling and Bale, all being better options, despite the risks, they carry.
-
I think this Portugal expert deserves a salary raise. What exactly are you expecting from a player, who is making his first start in a completely different league to what he is playing, with a completely different level of player to what he is playing? A hattrick? Or maybe he should have bossed the midfield like no other. With the clear idea that he has to prove he can do the job, with the idea in mind that Mikel may leave and he can fill up that void easily, he was solely focused on doing the job. Problem is most of you watch football only to watch flashiness and beautiful play and clearly forget football consists of eleven players, all playing their part for the team to be better and all of them occupy a certain role. Bear in mind, he was with Mikel on the field, so he was instructed to play more of DM role, in order for Mikel not to get blown away like in the COC. For a first match, it was top notch stuff, and I think that probably hima and Solanke are the only ones who can cut it here.
-
If you don't score a goal on your debut, it doesn't count. You are already labeled a flop by most of these forum specialists and once that happens, it's hard. He wasn't special really, but it was his first start and he didn't look shook or like he cared(that it was his first start, thats is), he only wanted to do his job. Something Mourinho merits, to be quite fair. 27 passes complete, couple of great tackles and a cool head. I really hope he gets more minutes next season and is a considerable option, depending on the opponent.
-
Cuadrado, RLC, Ake, Azpi, Filipe and Cech. If those players are in the starting line-up, I 'd actually care how we do. LOL.
-
Lads, this match had NO meaning, except Ruben making his debut. Perfect 60 minutes, which he needed. Taken off, because he lacks the stamina to keep up with this lot.
-
Given the fact Willy and Hazard were off to Dubai for a couple of days, Luis , Mikel and Remy hadn't played in a lot and Zouma got injured, I'm happy. We didn't lose and Ruben was really solid. He'd slide into the side if he gets more minutes, imo.
-
The same people, Gilvorak and MrExcalibur, slating a completely normal choice. It's Ruben's first start, have been on a pitch, to actually know your stamina levels? Pathetic.
-
Lionsden, it's that time again for you and Gilvorak to crawl out and moan that Cech is not playing, Tammy Abraham is not on the wing, and the wind is probably blowing in the north-east direction. We know you want to.
-
Mourinho already did this with Zouma, but isn't there a chance we buy him and loan him back to you?
-
What the actual f...? I went on to see some news at the Mail and it's flooded with Depay articles. Is he THAT of a talent. I realise he is good, but they are acting as if Messi has came.
-
LMAO. How much have you watched him, lad? I can bet everything it isn't above the televised games of Everton, which were quite low this year.
-
Fuckin' loving it.
