I completely understand your train of thought, as a matter of fact those were my exact thoughts two months ago. He is essentially a poor man's Ronaldo, as he can do just about everything (bar heading) attacking wise and his pace is very good. But you're right, we do have Schurrle who is already close to Lavezzi's level (except for dribbling). It would be essentially an emergency signing, in case something goes awfully wrong.

yeah, that's what i thought would happen, but lukaku is a dumbfuck. 17m (KdB) + 37m (Juan Mata ) + 50m (Luiz) + 28m (Lukaku) = 134m 15m (Luis) + 32m (Costa) + 27m (Fabregas) + 3m (Pasalic) = 77m 50m left. we've essentially traded Lukaku, Kevin de Bruyne, Luiz, and Lukaku for Costa, Fabregas, Luis and Pasalic +50m. Fantastic by the club.

He would get playing time here, too. Courtois justifies a big mouth, he's one of the best goalkeepers in the world, Lukaku doesn't.
