Great point, yes we needed 3 but you have to look at where we were and where Spurs is in terms of form. We are recovering from the disastrous start, you can't expect a patient to run immediately after a big injury, you do it step by step, and we are recovering slowly but surely: * 3 Clean sheets in a row, our first clean sheet in an EPL away game - this against the most in form team and this with Ivanovic and Cesc in the team, and without Ramires and JT. * Defense was solid: the clean sheet isn't a ''Tibo safe us'' clean sheet, we weren't outplayed at all. We pressed well and were compact. * Hazard and Pedro looked great, looking forward to the next games.

He was good, first shot was his best shot which resulted in a corner. Great at tracking back, good with counter attacks, quite strong for his posture, fast thinking and direct, loves to shoot and that's what we've been missing since Schurrle left. Also contributes in on field leadership, last game he shouted that Diego should've made a certain movement and today he told Willian that he needs to go for the through ball instead of passing the ball behind them. I like that and we need that.
-
Mourinho: "Diego is privileged because he was the last player (to go) on the bench. He is privileged I kept him in the team so long." #cfc
-
Rose and Walker both on a yellow, we should target them.
-
RLC in for Cesc plz
-
Eden Hazard: Has not scored for Chelsea in his last 1869 mins (31 hours, 9 mins) of action #cfc this streak will end today, I feel it.

It's better for us if he stays and United keeps playing like this, but they need to drop more points with these bad performances, DDG is saving them. Arsenal and City are guaranteed top 4, then you have two spots left for United, Spurs, Liverpool, Leicester maybe and hopefully Chelsea.

Choosing Oscar as his fixed ten surprised me back then because it was not typical Mourinho. At Real he had Ozil - a massive creator but not a super hard working player. At Inter Milan he had Sneijder, Mourinho said he's never seen Sneijder making any tackles. Earlier at Porto he had Deco, same story. I will keep saying that putting all his money on Oscar is one of the worst decisions Mourinho has ever made.

at least I have him in my Fantasy team, 13 points

Douglas Costa said the same things last year but we went for Cuadrado. We shouldn't make the same mistake twice. He is a goal scorer, something we desperately need. I'd love to see Pedro, Alex, Hazard and Willian rotating for 3 spots with Kenedy and Traore as back ups. Pedro and Alex as goal scorers, Eden and Willian creators. He's also the captain, so maybe he can also inject some maturity and leadership into this young squad.

Yep, it's a top video! Here is the link: http://forum.talkchelsea.net/topic/20739-chelsea-free-kick-goals-1996-2015/

Willian reveals his secrets to being the quintessential modern, two-way playmaker ..staying strong and avoiding injury "I focus more on core exercises - they help me improve my explosiveness. At least once or twice a week, I work on my core strength in the gym. This involves exercises that concentrate on the abdominal muscles, hips and lumbar spine. With a stronger core, you become much harder to knock off the ball and you reduce your risk of injury." ...playing physically smart "When your team is well organised on the pitch, you don't need to waste energy. In Brazil we call this ‘running wrongly'. When the team is not compact, you end up running more, inefficiently, and you'll tire yourself out much sooner. Experienced players know when to press, attack, defend and conserve energy." ...playing tactically smart "Under Jose Mourinho, I have improved tactically. I'm a better player defensively, knowing when to mark and press. I understand the importance of squeezing the space and forcing an opponent into making a mistake. English football is much more physical - referees don't see every contact as a foul. Looking back to when I first arrived in England, I think I can now read the game better. I can identify when it's time to dribble or when it's time to pass to a team-mate quickly." ...playing for the team "Football has changed a lot. Nowadays, a playmaker can't just play with the ball. The role of an attacking player comes with a lot more responsibility. You must be willing to work hard, help out defensively and know how to play on both wings. You need to be a versatile player in order to succeed at the top. The best playmakers can do everything: they understand tactics, they're good in possession, they can finish and they're also in very good physical condition." http://weaintgotnohistory.sbnation.com/2015/11/28/9808488/willian-reveals-his-secrets-to-being-the-quintessential-modern-two

Mikel's ultimate Chelsea: Drogba Hazard J.Cole Willian Lamps Essien Cole JT Carvalho Ferreira Cech http://www.goal.com/en-gb/news/2896/premier-league/2015/11/27/17760322/drogba-terry-in-robben-makelele-out-mikel-picks-his-ultimate/gfx-mikels-dream-xi/13#photo

Willian's consistency and versatility are his strongest points, he will always give you at least a 7 no matter who we play: City, United, Arsenal, Atletico, PSG or Sunderland, Stoke, Norwich, Maccabi. At City he will start over Sterling. You can say he won't start over xx player or xx player, but it isn't that simple. You play in a different team with different tactics, a different role and different team mates. Even Robben would struggle to replace one of MSN but that doesn't mean Neymar or Suarez is better than him.

ChelsTransfer @ChelsTransfer Chelsea are ready to splash £40million in January bids for Jamie Vardy and Mousa Dembele. #CFC (Mirror)

The Sun said the same, they want to bring Messi and Guardiola back together at City. I'd be happy with it, Guardiola will come to England sooner or later. As long it isn't at Chelsea I am happy.
-
Yeah mate Ballack said the same, that we have no leaders compared to their era. Drogba, Essien, Ballack, JT, Lamps, Makalele, Cech. What a generation. Right now we have too many shy and lazy guys. For the coming years it will be Cahill and Ivanovic if he stays. But for the future I see Azpi as a great leader. Maybe Fabregas if we switch to a system that suits him more (4-3-3). Courtois and Zouma also have potential.
