After Hazard publicly said he wanted to play the 10 role, like in the Stoke and Norwich game. Jose told in an interview that his perfects 10's were Sneijder and Deco, said they worked hard and delivered in the final third. And when asked if Eden could be like them he said no. After that interview, he played Eden twice as false 9 and twice as LW, never at 10 anymore. I think this was the key moment when Eden completely started to turn to Jose. Jose shouldn't have done this, this was the worst timing to show who is the boss, and it was also damaging for Eden because he was gaining form in that 10 role despite being bad at 10 vs Liverpool. Sometimes you must give your best player what he wants, if Messi wants to play 10 you must do it, if Zlatan wants to play behind the striker you must do it, so I think he should've given Hazard a run at 10 and I won't be surprised if he will be the new 10 for Chelsea from now on. This is not an excuse to start a campaign against the manager though

Roman will do everything to get Pep to Chelsea, investing big, even if it's selling and buying 10+ players. Let's be honest, Jose was never Roman's cup of tea, he loves attacking football above everything. He only went for Jose after he was rejected by Pep, it's like going back to your best loyal ex (Jose) that can offer you something good after you've been rejected by that girl that attracts you the most (Pep). But once you get a signal that the dream girl is available again and your own relationship is unstable, boom you dump the loyal ex and go for the attractive girl again. That's life, pure human behavior. For us who dreamed of a Jose + Chelsea dynasty, it's better to accept this was just not meant to be. Like I told my friends, it's like a kid seeing your parents coming back together again after 6 years and divorce again after 3 years, it was the dream for us but in reality, it was just not meant to be.

For Jose it's the best to take a long break, at least 6 months to rest and recover mentally. Review his mistakes and rethink his working methods, improve and come back stronger. Every person will have ups and downs, the break after he left us for the first time did him well, he might needed this too after Real Madrid but Chelsea was his home so he couldn't reject us. I hope he goes to Madrid, but United would be a more attractive option for him as he wants to stay in England. In one year time this could be the set up for the Premier league: City - Guardiola United - Mourinho Chelsea - Simeone

Think it will be Pep/Simeone. The timing was strange, after Pep announced he will clarify his future next week (leaving Bayern), Chelsea sacked Jose. Might be a gesture of Roman to convince his dream manager to join him at Chelsea. And if he fails, the second option will be Simeone, a safe bet and proven winner.

Don't believe every story the media create just to get clicks and attention, watch what he said from 01:00. He was not even sure if he used the right word, he said some players ''betrayed'' his work, what he meant was clear = they didn't follow the instructions of the game plan.
