You should trust Mikel, Mikel is very reliable. I agree with the striker spot, Torres is the problem. Bony/Remy are indeed fine replacements. Iva-Cahill-Terry are 3 great senior CBs with Zouma and Christiansen as the younger back ups, it's okay IMO.
Our squad is good, only weak spot imo is the 2nd striker: Torres. Drogba is fine to have as a game changer and suber sub but he can't start games when Costa is injured/suspended. And we simply can't count on Torres.

Keown: Man City. Robson: Chelsea Carragher: Chelsea Redknapp: Chelsea.
However, speaking at a press conference ahead of Sunday's Community Shield against Arsenal, Pellegrini defended his new signing: 'I don't understand the reaction of Chelsea fans that say he is a traitor. 'The problem was not that Frank Lampard did not want to sign another contract at Chelsea. Chelsea didn't want him anymore and he wants to continue playing. He is a competitive player and very important for our team.' http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2719836/Frank-Lampard-not-traitor-signing-Manchester-City-says-Manuel-Pellegrini.html?ITO=1490&ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490
Vidal is actually very attacking minded, defensively he's good but he will never be a pure holding midfielder. He's a classy box-to-box player who likes to attack and get in to the box to score goals. Nigel de Jong is the type of player Arsenal/United need, a pure cdm.
Torres out, Cavani/Bony/Hernandez/ in will do for me. Mikel must stay as he's the only solid back up for Matic. Ramires out? Only if we can get Khedira/Pogba.
