  1. Chelsea winger Juan Cuadrado to stay at Juventus with £16m fee agreed http://talksport.com/football/chelsea-winger-juan-cuadrado-stay-juventus-ps16m-fee-agreed-151020171193#UgiiI3iZAO2T6FzE.99
  2. Exactly, he is very good at creative accounting and he also let out ZOUMA. Tibo, Zouma, Cesar, Matic, (RLC) Cesc, Willian, Eden, Diego looks bright enough for me. If you complain about selling a 27yo Mata I would say we now have a much more complete 27yo player in Willian, or a same type of player in Cesc. Lukaku didn't want to be a back up, so now we have Diego. KDB yes it's a big loss, Jose gambled on Oscar and lost.
  3. This season even Moses is better than him. But Hazard of last season is better than those 3. Big game bottler? Maybe in the CL but in the EPL he scored against United, Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs and killed City in that away game where we won 1-0. And even when he is on scoreless streak, he often is our best player.
  4. One of the best players recently, think he's back to his best form. Was very good vs Villa and the reason why we looked more solid, and his tackle started our 2nd goal. One of the first names in the line up for next game.
  5. Pedro: Taking our game forward http://www.chelseafc.com/news/latest-news/2015/10/pedro--taking-our-game-forward.html
  6. Mourinho: Diego Costa character is key http://www.chelseafc.com/news/latest-news/2015/10/mourinho--a-different-kind-of-leader.html
  7. I can only quote others: Maniche Jose himself: CFC players know Jose sometimes try get a reaction from them by saying/challenging them trough the media.
  8. United is a big brand and has the biggest revenue, City is a cheat and is being sponsored by their own owners. Chelsea...you and I have complained together this summer for the lack of activity.. I don't know why the club is so tight..the new stadium would cost 500+60 million pounds..maybe that's why. But the fact is last year we sold KDB, Lukaku, Luiz, Mata, Ba, Schurrle to get Cuadrado, Cesc, Matic, Diego Costa, Remy and Filipe. 1 out 1 in policy. This summer we had no major sale, and suddenly we haven't improved our weaknesses. Coincidence? Many rumors, Jose himself (hinted) and Rob Beasley (cunt but reliable) said that Jose was told that he needed to sell before he could buy. This changed in the last weeks after the 3-0 thrashings, but it was already too late.
  9. FFP is one of the reasons we got rid of them, we've been a ''sell before buy ''club for some time. Jose isn't in full control of the transfers. For example, in the 2013-14 season we started the season without a new quality striker, Eto'o was a stopgap and cheap signing. Not typical Jose to start a season without a top top striker. This summer the club was in a rush to sell Luis before losing value (nearing 30), but was very slow with the Baba deal. He preferred Luiz over Mikel as DM, and Luiz over Lampard as CM, why did he sell him? FFP. Mata got more minutes than Schurrle, but the club got a huge offer so he was sold, FFP. Lukaku didn't want to be back up and we got a huge sum for him, again FFP was deciding factor. KDB and Salah didn't get chances. Schurrle was loved by Jose but still got sold. Again FFP.
  10. Yeah true but shouldn't he at least get some praise for trying to change things? Hazard under performed whole season, deservedly dropped despite being our best player. We don't have 2 Azpi's, otherwise 50% of our problems would've been solved. We don't have a decent back up for Cesc, without him we go back to 2013-14, a team without creativity from midfield that relies on Hazard or a counter attack.
  11. The negativity on this forum is unreal. A suitable name for this forum would be ''Moan Chelsea'' or '' Negative Chelsea''. The current players and manager can never do well, the ex players are all gold and every sale was a big mistake.
  12. People asked for Baba, got Baba. - asked for RLC, got RLC. - wanted Zouma, is a fixed starter now. - complained Jose kept playing Falcao because of his ego, Falcao is dropped from the bench vs Porto and Villa. - complained that Jose never drops untouchables, dropped Cahill, Oscar, HAZARD, MATIC, TERRY. - a clean sheet, got one. - a win with 2 goals difference, got one. But still, zero praise for the changes, all you can hear on this forum is moan moan moan and moan, the glass is always half empty on here. All you guys will focus on is Cesc and Ivanovic not being dropped, exactly what Jose asked for in the summer and didn't get: defender and midfielder. All other guys has decent replacements, who is Cesc's replacement? Oscar? Is he creative? No we don't have other play makers. Ivanovic is the only guy that should've been dropped earlier but who is his replacement? Baba? Not 100% ready yet. If we got Marquinhos/Stones or kept Filipe Ivanovic would already been dropped long time ago.
  13. Why can he praise Hazard so many times and call him the 3rd best player of the world last season, plus complaining every month why Hazard didn't get a Player of the month trophy, and currently can't even criticize him? Hazard has started the majority of the games this season where we've lost, was he decisive at all? The only game where he showed up was a preseason game against Barca, maybe because it was Barca. 0 official goals and maybe 1-2 assists this season for your best paid and star player. Schurrle said the other day that Eden is the only one with more freedom. So if you're not decisive in attack, you should do the basics good which is covering for the back behind you. If Jose said: ''because he isn't good in attack'', then the media plus fans would say ''but Pedro is worse''. But it is a fact that he isn't doing the defensive part of work well, so it's better to say that cause that is a fact. Just because you're super talented and skilled plus the best player last season, it doesn't mean you can do whatever you want and skip defensive duties. See Costa, he was our top scorer last season and very important for the league title. But has he stopped to pressing opponents? He started not well but he gave his all in every game he played, plus took the responsibilities for coming back overweight. What about Willian? Has been good whole 2015, but now even added goals to his game, has he stopped tracking back yesterday? No he kept on running and defending even in the last minutes of the game. Same goes for Azpi. Different personalities need different treatment, shy guys like Ramires, Willian, Ozil and Oscar were barely criticized by Jose. Public criticism worked before for Hazard, hopefully he can come back stronger again instead of running away from his responsibilities.
  14. Just a way to trigger him, worked before after the Atletico game. "Eden is not ready to sacrifice himself for the team" The comments today were basically the same. Just because he carried us and was the best player does not mean you can now relax and sit back. He was rewarded with a new contract and is the best paid /one of the best player. He has responsibilities but he is simply hiding this season in attack, and maybe also lazy in defending.
  15. I am happy we have a manager that has the balls to bench his star player. Carlo when asked about a disagreement between Bale and Ronaldo on who takes the freekicks answered: " Ronaldo is the boss, if he wants to give the freekick to Bale, Bale can take it." Do you want a manager that has no balls to punish their star player, even when they are under performing or acts like the king? This worked before after the Atletico game. And don't tell me about the love story between Ivanovic and Jose. If we got Stones/Marquinhos back in August/or kept Filipe, he'd have benched Ivanovic already. Baba is just not ready yet. Same goes for Cesc, no decent replacement for him. Remove him from our team and we will struggle to create even more. Every other player has been punished: JT, Cahill, Matic, Eden, Falcao (not selected twice), Oscar. There are no untouchables, the problem is quality depth. And no, an alpha does not run away from his responsibilities and problems. A beta does.
  16. Ramires is the reason our midfield isn't looking so slow as usual.
  17. Willian the ''goal scoring machine'' (currently), lol never thought I'd be saying that, even as a big Willian fan. Confidence is the key, his free kick goals has given him a lot of confidence and you can see it back in how he scored those 2 goals vs Venezuela. (high and placed). He's been playing good since the beginning of 2015, but the goals were the only thing that were missing. I hope he can keep it up and end up scoring 10-12 goals for us this season, that would already be a big personal success.
  18. Luiz is a proactive type of defender, but he was full of errors for us. I honestly thought he was genius at times, and a clown at times, so not good and reliable enough. But in midfield I liked him very much, the only way he would be good enough for us is in midfield with Matic, or replacing Matic. In midfield he could fulfill his dream to go forward with the ball, taking long shots etc, while being good at doing the defensive duties. On selling him, it was pure for FFP like many of our other sales. Mou played Luiz as holder in CL instead of Mikel. He played him next to Matic in the league instead of Lampard and Ramires, so we could see Mourinho liked him .
  19. Ramires had some good games, so I think he will play. Think we will see RLC-Ramires-Cesc. And yes I think Zouma will play as back, not Baba. Typical Mou to play a player he trusts out of position, rather than a natural player on that position. Did the same with Zouma in DM while we had Ake available last season in the final. Predicted line up: Begovic Zouma-Gary-JT-Azpi Ramires-RLC Willian/Pedro Cesc Hazard Costa
  20. http://sportwitness.ning.com/forum/topics/chelsea-boss-knows-who-to-shout-at-jose-favourite-reveals-secrets Speaking to France Football about Mourinho’s start to the season, former-Mourinho player Maniche explained whether the whole “you either love him or you hate him” motto about his old manager also applied in the dressing room. He said: “Mister knows how to talk to each of his players. He knows which ones he needs to shout at and which ones he needs to pamper in order to get the best out of them. His speech is direct and in your face, and that’s good for everybody. I remember everyone respecting him because he did everything to win. Even those who played very little or didn’t at all. “He’s close to his players, he doesn’t forget anyone. He sometimes even talks more to those who don’t play than those who do regularly, because he knows that the most important is the team, and that he may need everyone. People often speak about Mourinho’s communication. What matters to the players is what he brings, what he tells them.” The former Portuguese midfielder knows Mourinho like few do, having been managed by the Special One at four different clubs (Benfica, Porto, Chelsea and Inter Milan), and Maniche firmly believes the Chelsea manager has what it takes to turn things around. He added: “Football is full of good and bad surprises. I don’t know what the board members’ plans are, but if they keep faith in him as they’ve done until now, Mister Mourinho will redress the situation. “He’s got such confidence in his abilities and in his players that he’ll manage it. He know how to get them where he wants them.”
  21. http://weaintgotnohistory.sbnation.com/2015/10/12/9502719/gary-cahill-recurring-back-problem "Gary Cahill has to some extent occasional back problems. We were a bit concerned with the flight and the artificial pitch, so in a choice of taking him or Smalling, I went with Smalling."
